I spoke with someone who claimed they had made the roll. They explained that only the meat is supposed to be baked, but I order this roll every time I visit, and it has always been baked, served in tin foil, and never cold. The person offered to bake it, and I accepted, but even after baking, the roll was still cold. I'm very upset after this experience.
