Food was excellent and the lunch bento was massive. I'll be back. I appreciate that was quiet and clean.

Food was great, the Ramen was especially tasty. Also loved the tuna poke' appetizer. The service was good, our food came out quickly.

I travel a lot for work and make it a point to try sushi spots wherever I go. Traveling solo, I…read moregrabbed a seat at the sushi bar at Post 20 and ended up having one of the most memorable dining experiences I've had. I ordered the Chirashi, which here is the chef's choice of sashimi over rice. When it came out, I genuinely felt like I was back in Japan. Every bite was incredible. Sushi chef Justin struck up a conversation and asked if I'd ever tried raw octopus. He had just gotten some in from Japan and offered me a sample. Also incredible. Turns out Justin is one of the owners - super humble and clearly passionate about what they're creating. Blake was awesome too; you could tell he truly loved the art of the craft. They make many of their sauces in-house and thoughtfully pair them with different fish. Blake even has his own creation he calls "Da Sauuce." I've had omakase in Hawaii and sushi in Japan, and I can honestly say this was the best sushi experience I've ever had. The quality, value, and interaction with the staff made it feel truly special. Justin said he wants the place to have that old Cheers TV show feeling - the kind of place where everybody knows your name and you instantly feel like a regular. I certainly felt that. I'm honestly jealous of the locals who get to call this place their regular spot.

I'm not gonna lie here, I'm kind of a stickler when it comes to ramen & sushi. We got the two bowls…read moreof ramen, the goyo apps, and the sashimi platter. Everything tasted the fresh & was enjoyable. With that being said.. the ramen! It was actually REALLY GOOD! The portion was HUGE! And it was packed with flavor. I've traveled all over Asia and lived in SoCal for 8 years so I'd say I've had it all. This stuff was pretty freaking good. Could it be improved? Yes I'm sure. But it was awesome. The ambiance was nice. It felt very local off the beaten path. It was a darker setting which was nice to take the stress off the eyes and feel like you get a bit of privacy. I only went once but had I known it was this good I probably would have been back multiple times over the two weeks I was in town. Little pricy but for the portions and quality i think it's worth it.

Got the papaya salad, Tom Kha soup, and Kao Soy Kai. We ate our fill and left with enough for a whole nother meal. Looked at 4 Thai places and picked this one because it's the only one that has the Kao Soy Kai. It's listed as a special and not on the regular menu. So good. Everything was tasty.

The ambiance was kind of mid. Nothing really gave that "wow" factor. They had an AI-generated slideshow playing on the TVs that was about 50% food they actually serve and 50% random Thai dishes, which felt a little strange and didn't really add much to the atmosphere. I ordered the miso chicken ramen. The broth was really good, but the chicken itself had absolutely no seasoning. Not even salt and pepper. It was very bland, which was disappointing because the broth had so much flavor. I was also initially given a fork, which made me laugh a little. I had to ask for chopsticks, and then realized I didn't have a spoon for the broth. It wasn't a huge deal, just part of the overall experience. Overall, the food was okay, the service was great, and the experience was definitely memorable. The staff made me feel welcome, but the ramen itself didn't quite live up to my expectations.

As for the sushi it was fresh & delicious. I really enjoyed the food I got from here and I would eat here again if I can back in town. This review really is between 3-4 stars but the reason I'm going with 3 is because the way they seat you is pretty confusing & inefficient. You have to order prior to being seated which cramps the entrance and slows down people trying to pick up a to-go order. Which that being said.. I WOULD 100% recommend this place to anyone into looking for a good dinner.
