Fantastic customer service, it doesn't get better than this. I got the graphene ceramic coating exterior treatment for a Father's Day gift. Josh and crew did an exceptional job on my dad's car, and also did a few extra things that needed attention. My dad was very impressed, and so was I. The car is over 10 years old, but now looks like a brand new car! The entire staff is upbeat and friendly... and very customer oriented. They were so awesome that I will be bringing my car for the graphene coating as well! I looked at a bunch of auto detail companies on Yelp, and received quotes from several. I picked Killer Queen because Josh mandates mask wearing at all times for his staff, and many others claimed to "not usually" wear masks. I came to Josh as a first timer because he had really good reviews on Yelp. My usual detailer was getting neck surgery, and I had to ship out my car. There was a bit of a mixup in communication, and a misunderstanding that I didn't want hard chemicals to be used on my car. I just had my rims redone (3 of the 4) and didn't want any hard chemicals to be applied to the rims, as they might have an adverse reaction. I had spoken to someone else when I dropped my car off in the morning, and it was somehow misinterpreted that I didn't want hard chemicals to be used at all to the car. When I picked up my car, the paint and interior or was really nice and I also added on the ship and shine to clean the engine. It looked great! I noticed water spots on my windows and side view mirrors. When I asked if they could get the water spots on my windows out, he said it didn't look like they could get it out. I was curious and went home and applied the Diamond cleaner (you can get from Longs/CVS) and the water spots came right out. I was initially shocked that it came out. I was really upset and called Josh back and left a long message that I was upset, and it was late (7:30pm/8:00pm). He explained to me that there was a misunderstanding that they weren't supposed to use hard chemicals on any part of the car, and therefore didn't apply that to the windows. Instead of just letting me be a dissatisfied customer since I was shipping my car off the next day, he called me back after hours on his personal cell and wanted to make it right. He offered to take care of it that night since I was shipping out my car in the morning, and I drove my car back to the shop where he stayed late to take care of the water spots and had given me a discount on what I paid. He told me over the phone that he really cares about his customers, and I can personally attest to that, that he really does. He did a really great job with the paint correction and restoration. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to friends and family. Josh is the owner, and I'd recommend getting your car detailed by him. He's a local boy, really easy to talk too, and has a warm personality. Really appreciate him. My Lexus was in great shape! 10 out of 10 for service and the best customer service I've seen in a long time. Thank you Josh! I was pleased with the exterior car detailing that Joshua did from the roof down to the rims. My car looked brand new! KQD provided excellent customer service also! Their response time to my messages was amazingly quick. Joshua is friendly, patient, and honest also. He told me that eventually, the remaining paint overspray would come off in time after multiple car washes. Other car detailers told me that they couldn't remove the overspray on the plastic trims. So car was really clean. They did a pretty good job of getting all the sand out of the carpet. Being in Hawaii car is like a magnet for that stuff. A little pricey at $304 for both tint removal and interior detailing but they did a great job. Would still recommend if you are looking for solid work and maybe somewhere else if price is a big factor. read more

The Killer Queen team did a phenomenal job on my 6-year old Outback. I have two dogs (who shed A LOT) and live near the beach, so the amount of debris in the car was quite frankly embarrassing, but when the car was returned to me (a couple of hours ahead of the original estimate, no less), there wasn't a trace of hair, dirt, sand, or anything else. On top of that, the price was competitive, the customer service was great, and drop-off and pick-up only took a few minutes each. I can't recommend them highly enough. read more

I would have given them a 4 star but the customer service was bit on the aggressive side. I called them after the I picked the vehicle up to discuss some issues I had which were very minor. The work was above average and I was planning to use them on consistent basis for my fleet. Unfortunately the owner or manager was super unprofessional. I'm usually a calm guy but this gentle was off his rocker. I gave him the same energy and the conversation went now where. I hung up and he called me back. At this point it's basically harassment. I'm just waiting for him to call back one more time so I can go down to the court house.
