I am selling my car privately, so I decided to get it detailed first. Heaven Sent was an excellent choice. I couldn't believe it was my car when I saw it. My back bumper had stubborn water spots because of an assigned parking space that was right in front of the sprinkler. I tried many times to get the spots out myself, but was never successful. The spots are gone! The interior of the car was immaculate. The engine bay like new. Well worth the money spent. read more

They did an amazing job! Can't beat the convenience of not having to leave your house. They do need access to water and that's all. Wish I had more of a shaded driveway for them to use. A mini detail took just about 3 hours to complete, and he did a fantastic job inside and out. My car needed a lot of TLC after being neglected (not washed for a few months) and parked outside, but I feel like my car is new again! I almost forgot what it was like to have a car this clean. They do accept card payments as well. Next time I will make an effort to get cash ready for a cash tip. I plan on scheduling for every 2-3 months maintenance details in the future. Made the mistake of scheduling a different 1:30 pm appt in the afternoon with the detail appt being in the morning. They made sure to finish on time, but next time I will just clear the whole day just in case. Wish I had found them sooner. read more

These guys showed up and worked 4 hours with 2 people on my husband's Nissan Xterra, and it looks as close to new as a 2006 possibly could. There isn't a hint of dog hair or crumbs, and I have 3 large dogs, a young kid and transport dogs for a living. You cannot go wrong with these people, and the price cannot be beat. The duo did great! I got my interior and exterior cleaned with shampooing of my seats and carpets. Looking back, I could have held off on doing my seats because I have leather seats and probably a wipe down would have been sufficient. However, none the less it was a great job done. Price shot up quick from what I was quoted early on. About $80 more from what I was quoted. I drive a 2009 Infiniti two door coupe so nothing too big. They were mobile so they actually met me at my job and took my car to their location which I believe was there home. They picked it up in the morning and dropped it back off to me right after lunch which was convenient. A lot of the stains under the carpet areas were still there . But a lot of the dirt was gone. A big reason I got my car detailed was because my newborn baby was due soon and I didnt want her traveling in a dirty car. They helped me by giving my car back her brand new smell. I saw my neighbor getting his vehicles detailed by this company. I had originally made an appointment with a competitor, but after seeing the work ethic of Cherise and Omar I immediately asked them if they could fit me in to their tight schedule. They where able to fit my schedule - and give me a quote the day I met the team (while they where working on my neighbors vehicles). The price was fair, even below the cost of their competitor. My initial outlook was very high after speaking to the team. Now for the delivery of services.... Cherise and Omar came on time, after confirming the day before. They set up and got to work quickly. I enjoyed conversation with them before I left for work. I had no doubts that when I would come home my Tacoma would look much cleaner! To my surprise I had an almost brand new truck waiting for me! My wife told me that they had worked many hours on my vehicle, more then expected. The paint finish looked brand new, not a spot missed not even on the roof. The interior was in poor condition, I think I vacuumed my truck once in 3 years. I used this truck for my business when I first started out, lots of clay and such. And I have a dog, the hairs get stuck deep in the fabric in my truck. The interior looked as good as possible! I didn't expect it to look brand new, but I know the team did everything possible to get it looking new! All dog hair removed, clay and debris gone, interior nice and shiny, and smelled great! My wife loves how clean the outside is. I am more particular about the interior. No extra charge for the additional time spent! What a Godsend Omar was when I was stressing about a windshield issue I was having. Omar talked to me at length on the phone and offered to come out ASAP. This was on a Sunday, in the evening, while they were technically closed! He came to examine the vehicle and walked me through my options. In the end, his recommendation didn't involve his services at all! My neighbor and I talked with Omar for almost an hour about where to buy detailing products and how to properly apply them. My kids also loved playing with his super friendly dog "Sunny Day." They had a blast. In the end I tried to give Omar money for his time and knowledge, but he simply wouldn't take it. We had our Camry detailed 2/4/2022 at our house in Kaneohe, even though this business is based in Kapolei / Ewa area. Car was a year old and we had never had it waxed. Between lots of beach time (exposure to salt and sand), grandkids, parking in sun and pigeon droppings, it was way overdue for attention. I selected full body protection package which included exterior sealant (not ceramic) for extra protection to protect from sun/ salt/ pigeon droppings. The detailer was Oscar and he came at 9:30 and didn't leave till 2:30, and he worked non-stop. He was amazing, talk about attention to detail! I felt like I got way more than my money's worth. He polished out multiple surface scratches, and spent hours getting the exterior cleaned, waxed, buffed and sealed. The interior looks just like when I purchased the car. The outside is beautiful again. I gave him a $20 tip which is all I had but he deserved more. read more
