We came to Kilwin's to get ice cream today, and Kevin couldn't get us up at store fast enough. He kept asking us if it was all we wanted and if we were ready to go. We were looking at the chocolate display but decided not to spend anymore money in the store because we obviously were not wanted in the store in the first place. To spend $15 on 2 cups of ice cream and be treated that way is not the best customer service. We will NOT return. read more

Nice place in the middle of a cute little vacation village. Ice cream was good...waffle cones are home-made and delicious. Service was good. I had a chocolate dipped waffle cone but the dip was rather tasteless. If there was cocoa in it I couldn't taste it. Overall a very nice place to get desert or for walking around at the cute shops. read more

The smells itself are amazing when you are walking in down town Celebration, I love the salted caramel ice cream that has now been put on their menu permanently! if you want something other than ice cream they also have fudge and other confections of the chocolate yummy kind. read more

This place! It brings back so many memories from my vacations in Maine as a kid! It has this sweet, beach town, feel to it and it's just wonderful. The ice cream is delightful. My favorite so far has been the Strawberry Cheesecake. Their fudge is heavenly as well! We've had their turtle fudge, and while I am generally not a huge fan of nuts, this was some of the best fudge I've had! read more

Really neat ice cream shop in celebration that serves a variety of different ice cream and freshly made chocolates and fudge. they had a decent amount of flavors to choose from. I chose rum raisin which is a flavor you don't find to often. The only complaint i have is with the prices, yes the cone was huge for $5.00 but maybe offer something smaller for people who don't want to spend 5 on one ice cream cone or just want something a little smaller. I know if they offered smaller cones more people might get them more often. Other than that everything was great the ice cream tasted very fresh almost like homemade and the waffle cone was still warm so you know they make them fresh. read more

The reason I am giving this place five stars is because their ice cream, candy, and other treats are consistently good! Consistency is so hard to find these days. I was being really rushed I wanted to buy some fudge, but the lady at the counter yelled from across the room here's your total. She even tried to add someone else's ice cream to my total. This particular store is not up the the standards of the brand. The store is not clean. The service was not good the last few times we have been in there. We live in the area and had previously been satisfied customers. Besides ice cream, we had always bought our Grandmother Kilwin's Sugar Free Fudge in this shop. The young man behind the counter rudely stated that Kilwin's does not make Sugar Free Fudge. We will not take our family or guests back here again. read more

At work we received a giant gift bag of treats from Kilwins. We devoured toffee, turtles, chocolates, candy coated apples and more! I loved everything so much that I had to find out where they came from and lucky me it wasn't too far away. Located in Celebration by the lake is this very tiny chocolate shop. They sell ice cream, fudge and plenty of assorted chocolates. The store is packed with product for very reasonable prices. I ended up purchasing dark chocolate pecan turtles and a box of dark chocolate toffee sticks. They all come in small boxes which make great gifts. The staff behind the counters were also super friendly! Unfortunately the toffee was not as good as what we received at work. Instead of it being hard, crunchy toffee, it was crumbly, soft and just bad. I guess I got a bad box. Thankfully the turtles were just as good as I had had previously and my family really enjoyed them. I will be back for more and I'll probably try the ice cream too. read more

Ok so I am from Maryland and our ice cream shops are "OK" but this ice cream was AMAZING! The service was great and fast and the workers were so nice! They have many flavors and great cones. Granted it is a little pricey it is VERY much worth it all the way! If you are looking for great or amazing ice cream go to this heaven immediately! Enjoy! read more

It's expensive: I got a single scoop with hot fudge and jimmies for $5.30. However, it's a great location, the staff is really friendly, the place is clean, it's open until 11PM on Fri and Sat, and they have coconut AND cinnamon ice cream. I approve. read more

Visited Celebration for the day, it is a lovely place and the Kilwin's ice cream is the best I have ever tasted and the waffle cones are great. I would never recommend going to Kilwin's. My sister worked there for almost a year until they decided to cut her working hours. Also, one day they ran out of vanilla ice cream, so they went to restock it. When they opened it, there was a dead cockroach inside. They scoped out the dead cockroach and continued serving it. That's just disgusting. It's over priced and you can easily go to ColdStone in Water Towers and get better quality ice cream. Just because it's in Celebration, doesn't mean you have to jack up the prices. read more
