Super wonderful and professional staff! There are several dessert shops in Celebration, but Kilwins is my favorite. They've been in Celebration for years, and have been consistently great. My family and I love their variety of ice cream and sweet confections. They don't have dine-in seating, but there is plenty of outdoor space to sit or walk. Highly recommend!

I asked the server if they knew which flavors were gluten free as I have celiac, and although she didn't know by heart, she told me she could lift the buckets and look at the ingredient list. Once we confirmed the pistachio ice cream did not include any gluten or wheat, I tasted it and it was really delicious. The intense green color made me think it would taste very artificial, but thankfully that wasn't the case. Really enjoyed it while sitting outside taking in the sounds of the nearby fountain.

I had a chocolate covered Twinkie here and it was so heavy and large it took me a few sessions to visit here but I recommend it to any chocolate lover:)

I always love going to a Kilwins when I'm near one! The line was long but always expected it on a Friday night! Especially when going during Celebration's Snow Holiday event. Gitten the praline ice cream and it was nice, rich and smooth! So delicious!

The ice cream shop is awesome. The staff make most of the treats in the store. They have caramel apples, fudge, ice cream and packed pints you can take home. We tasted several flavors. The coconut (most popular) was delicious. The prices are high but they prepare you for visiting Disney.

There was a pretty long line even at 9pm, but it was worth the wait, the ice cream was delicious!

Their ice cream here is on point but be prepare to pay more than the usual. So I got the large cup with 3 scoops for my 3 kids to share and it came out $20. Its pretty expensive but it taste good. I got the strawberry, vanilla & superman. Their staff is friendly and accomodating. When you love ice cream then this is your place.

Great ice cream. The staff is always friendly! I always ask what they recommend and get that. It's fine to try new things! Today was peppermint and fudge. Last time I tried the Superman. It's always something fun I wouldn't have tried. Five stars only because it won't let me give six!

Lots and lots of dessert options -- with ice cream being the highlight. Kilwin's offers caramel apples, chocolates, ice cream and so much more. There is some outdoor seating with views of Downtown, or you can walk the Main Street area (plenty of nearby trash cans when you are done). This is a bad place for a diet, but a wonderful place for dessert.

Service was AMAZING! I ordered one scoop for my 2 sons. They couldn't decide between 2 flavors so the lady said she could do 2 half scoops for them. She asked them which flavor they wanted to try last and she continued to build the ice cream cone. The boys each got 2 large scoops and she only charged me for 1 scoop each. When I thanked her, she said she remembered her kids being their age and she wanted them to enjoy it. This kind of treatment comes from one individual- and she made my family's day :) Kilwins has great ice cream flavors! Anything you'd like from taffy and popcorn to brittle and candy apples is here. And if you like things dipped in chocolate, they have what you're looking for. A small shop right inside celebration- and a quick drive away from Hollywood studios.

This is what a cup looks like.

When you walk in you get slap with the smell of fresh waffle cone being made & fudge. We were greet by a friendly staff of ladies. I got to try a slice of am Dark chocolate sea salt candy apple. It was delicious but my friend had different agendas. She wanted ice cream. She got the pecan & I got the s'more. It was super good. The place is super clean, the staff were really friendly. The staff allows you try any sample you wanted. Which I really liked.

This is my favorite chocolate spot! I always make a point to stop by when I'm in the Orlando area…read more I think last time I was there I didn't see the people making the chocolate which I got to see this time so that was pretty cool. We got the nine pack this time of chocolates with hazelnut, espresso, pistachio, and raspberry, and they were all divine. We also got gifts for people, the chocolate covered marshmallows, and we regret not buying more of those, as well as more of the individual chocolates. They wrap the chocolates so beautifully, too. Tiny shop with a bit of a wait but so, so worth it. The chocolates are so yummy but not sickly sweet like most. I'm drooling just thinking about it.

Handmade Artisanal S'mores First, you can watch them make the decadence through the windows. Perfectly baked gingerbread smeared with the lavish chocolate ganache and then the cinematic wonder.. a meticulously measured square marshmallow hand toasted with a torch to ensure golden goodness on every single surface. Most mere humans would think this suffices... but Disney continues the decadence with a powdered sugar dusted Mickey on top. They noticed my friend's birthday button and gave here a free ganachery treat as a gift. The store is a chocolate lovers dream. After finally trying them...I'd say they're absolutely worth the wait. Luckily, we stopped by on a Tuesday afternoon and only waited about five minutes. It was scorching hot outside, but they have umbrellas every few feet along the line, which definitely helps. I had always imagined walking into a large bakery or café where you could sit down with a cookie and coffee. Instead, it's actually a tiny, dark, whimsical shop with a queue that wraps around to the displays. It almost feels like you're walking through a Harry Potter-inspired attraction with its gothic décor and old-world bakery vibe. Despite the small space, they have three checkout registers, so once you're inside, the line moves surprisingly fast. One tip for first-time visitors: don't rely on the cookie menu on the website. Many of those flavors are seasonal or limited editions. The menu card they hand you while you're waiting in line shows the flavors available that day, so decide what you want before you get to the register because ordering is pretty quick. Now for the cookies... Banana Bread Chocolate Chip - 20/10 Without question, the standout. It tasted like warm, homemade banana bread with added chocolate transformed into a giant cookie. Soft, flavorful, perfectly balanced, and not overly sweet. I would come back just for this cookie. Pistachio Toffee Chocolate Chip - 8/10 A delicious combination of sweet, salty, crunchy, and gooey. I can definitely see why it's one of their most popular flavors, but the banana bread still stole the show for me. Cookies & Cream - 5/10 It was just okay. Very rich and sweet, like a giant Oreo cookie but it didn't have the depth of flavor or uniqueness of the other two. I probably wouldn't order it again. The cookies are huge and easily shareable. The funniest part? My son bought an extra cookie to take home for his girlfriend...but after one bite, he decided to keep it for himself! And that's saying something because he's really into health and fitness and rarely eats sweets. If you're wondering whether Gideon's lives up to the hype, I'd say yes. The wait is worth it, and the Banana Bread Chocolate Chip completely stole the show. It's the cookie I'll be thinking about long after this trip.

Everyone wanted the Cookies & Cream cookie, so I ordered three of those, plus a Chocolate Chip and a Coffee Cake cookie. Since we were on a tight schedule, we grabbed our order and hurried to the car. That's when we realized we'd been given three Double Chocolate Chip cookies instead of the three Cookies & Cream cookies we ordered. The register and receipt both showed Cookies & Cream, so I know my order was taken correctly. I do wish I had checked the bag before leaving, but I assumed everything was right. The cookies themselves are good--the chocolate cookies are loaded with chocolate chips, and the Coffee Cake cookie is absolutely delicious. I'd highly recommend that one. That said, these cookies aren't inexpensive, so it's really disappointing to pay that much and not receive what you actually ordered. Unfortunately, that experience is why I'm giving only one star.
