I'm thinking this is Patsy's Original Chocolates since 1903, but if not, maybe I've been eating some THC edibles and didn't even know it!!? Alright, anyway, Patsy's chocolatier shoppe was amazing! Just absolutely loved it. Coming from the PNW and joining my family for a weekend getaway to the Colorado Springs area, we have drove by this shop several times from our VRBO house, and MAN O MAN what a delight! I ended up buying an assortment of stuff from behind the glass case, which ranged from Large Peanut Butter cups, almond toffees, mint and hazelnut truffles, and milk chocolate sea salt caramel squares!! So much sweet goodness!! I ate them over a period of a few days, shared some with Fam, and it was scrum-didalli-umptious!! Creamy decadent chocolates that melt in your mouth! Love the old school shoppe vibe and nostalgia! Looks like some famous folks have been through here or orders from here. All in all, what a treat! Thank you for the experience! They sell plenty of Dutch pancake mixes too. Their bakery items in display cases are impressive. Plenty to choose from. They also offer various fresh baked breads. Prices are reasonable too. Staff is very friendly. I liked the female staff member who waited on me. Apple muffin was fantastic. It was moist and had small chunks of apple inside.
