These chocolates are simply amazing. I received a 1-pound box and was really happy with each piece. They were different compared to other chocolate brands. You could tell the quality of the ingredients was really high. I am a chocolate fanatic. There were so many varieties in the box. Usually when I get a box like this there are a few I do not like but this box included all chocolates that were excellent. So this was a swing and a miss for us... We had heard great things about Olde Naples Chocolate, and wanted to do favors for my sister's wedding. We started working with them in August for an October wedding, doing simple chocolate covered Oreos in little bags with a light blue ribbon. Communication seemed challenging, so we placed the order in person, and confirmed at least 3-4 times on the phone after, trying to make sure our chocolate covered Oreo favors were ready for the big day! Flash forward to two days before the wedding: Wrong Chocolate on the Oreos, wrong ribbons, and all of a sudden there was a beach theme with seashells on the Oreos and tags... They were very polite and friendly. I know they worked hard because they ran out of hearts, but our order was not even close for something we placed months ago. Too late to fix a day before the wedding. Pros: - Oreos still tasted great. Wrong flavor but life goes on. - The favors (little bags of chocolate Oreos) don't look bad, they look lovely. Just nothing like we ordered. So I guess it depends on how flexible you are! Do you like the ocean? Overall, didn't work for us. Maybe be extremely clear with what you want from them, and you'll have better luck! read more

Gift senders should know, because your friends/love ones probably won't tell you. A friend has gifted me these lovely chocolates on two other Christmases. They're still delicious, and the presentation is good. What upsets me is that my friends expect me to receive what they paid for. Olde Naples Chocolates sent an assortment where HALF the chocolates were the smallest truffles. These replaced all the larger pieces, including the turtles. I know my friends didn't expect it to be that way. Also, I can't believe the company is not fully aware of what they're doing, realizing that the gift-givers will probably never find out. I have been buying Dark Chocolate Orange Peel from the store for a few years. The original owner sold the business. Unfortunately, the new owner is not making the Orange Peel the same way. It is heavy on chocolate and hardly any orange peel. Most of the time I can't even taste the Orange Peel. The candy is too expensive for very little taste. read more

I randomly chose this chocolate shop because of their online quality pictures and price. I ordered at the end of September 2015 and asked that my order be delivered by 10/15/15. Well today is 10/2/15 and I got my delivery was received, ice packed and exactly what I had requested. I was extremely disappointed in the service that I received. When my chocolate arrived , it was melted. I ordered 2 bunnies on motorcycles, one was an easter gift, the other was for a bachelorette party , to go on top of a cake. Needless to say, neither of them could be used. When I contacted the owners, I was told , sorry. I was not expecting any money back, but for the price that I paid for this, I feel as though a replacement should have been offered.
