I've worked in customer service for over 25 years, and unfortunately, exceptional customer service like this can be hard to find these days. I just didn't feel greeted with the most excitement by staff. Staff didn't care to know if we enjoyed our dessert, offer stickers to my kid at all. For a single parent with their young toddler, I think its important to make sure all customers enjoyed the dessert and the children have a good experience so that they always remember this place to request us coming back again. Thats just my advice when it comes to customer service for adults and kids.
