Amazing Wedding Cake in Orange County! If you want a cake that you can actually dig into instead of just looking at, this custom cake specialist has both the style and substance to make your next wedding a super hit with the guests. Had a temple wedding in January 2024, and the cake was amazing and delicious. The private cake tasting was awesome, where we were seated in a cozy little room. The wife and I were able to try different flavors and fillings served to us, which was a nice treat, for sure. Got to pick from a good assortment of options, which is great. Settled on a vanilla and chocolate cake combo with a strawberry creme filling (for a small up-charge) -- all frosted in a trendy semi-naked vanilla buttercream. Just the most moist and fruity flavorful cake, that wasn't too sweet. Knocked it out of the park, and we got many compliments; design including their own real flowers. Gave some away to the wait staff, and they loved it. Delivery was available with prompt service at a local restaurant for the reception. (For comparison, we tried the famous Cinderella Cake and was thoroughly not impressed. The chocolate cake was overpriced, service was poor, and the cake itself was dry.) Call up Pacific Patisserie for your next big occasion. For weddings, you will get a cake that just doesn't look good, but tastes good, too.

Pacific Patisserie brought us the most beautiful and delicious cake for our wedding!! We hired them through our wedding planner, VIP events. From the initial planning process to delivery, we can't recommend pacific patisserie enough! It was so easy to simply meet with one of the staff who let us try all the cake flavors and combinations. Although we didn't get to enjoy the cake on the day of, we got to try it the next morning and it was perfection. We also got so many compliments on the cake!! 10/10 would recommend for any occasion

We went through Pacific Patisserie for our wedding cake and it was perfect! Beautiful and delicious, will definitely recommend them to anyone needing a wedding cake.

    Our wedding cake

We found Pacific Patisserie through a bridal expo and tried some of their treats. Once we booked with our venue Pomona Mining Company, we decided to move forward with this bakery for our November wedding. I loved there cake display and actually had them recreate it for our wedding. Pacific Patisserie has some great flavors that received rave reviews from our guest. Our favorite flavor was the mocha chip and banana split was the guest favorite. I would recommend Pacific Patisserie. They are responsive and flexible. Plus we loved our cake and so will you.

Wow! It's been a year later and I still get compliments about my wedding cake! I am very particular about cake flavor and was happy to hear that they do cake tastings before making a commitment to them. I am extremely happy with their service and their ability to make sure I got everything I wanted- including the way I wanted to design my cake.

    Our Wedding Cake 10/18/25

Thank you Pacific Patisserie for our beautiful wedding cake, it was the talk of the reception. Our guests loved the multitude of flavors and wanted more. Highly recommend this bakery for all your event needs, they were wonderfully professional. Thanks again Pacific Patisseri. Chris & Nicole. 10-18-25

My wedding cake was absolutely amazing! I gave them my inspiration picture and they followed it perfectly and I couldn't have asked for anything better. The sugar flowers were absolutely beautiful and definitely made the cake feel elegant like a wedding cake. We had a hard time picking our flavors since all were so delicious and moist and Cindy was so patient with us during the tasting. I was expecting so much cake to be left over after but we barely had any since everyone had grabbed a slice, if not two slices!

Our reference photo for our wedding cake

We ordered our wedding cake from Pacific Patisserie in August 2024, and it was perfect. Our three-tier cake looked like the inspiration photos we shared, beautiful dusty blue floral accents that matched our wedding colors. Our reference photos and delivered cake photos are attached. Each tier had its own flavor: Caramel Crème Brûlée on top, Marble Hazelnut in the middle, and Chocolate Raspberry on the bottom. All three were delicious and a huge hit with our guests. The cake does feed a lot. We had 184 guests, ordered a cake for 150 people, and still had enough leftovers to enjoy the next day. We also ordered a smaller 8" Mocha Chip heart-shaped cake for a family dinner during our wedding week. It was just as amazing, with rich chocolate flavor and just the right amount of mocha. Both cakes were gorgeous, tasted incredible, and made our celebrations even more special.

Pacific Patisserie made the most incredible wedding cake for us, and we still think about it every single day even a year later! Our wedding at the Chapel of Orange was magical, and their cake was truly the cherry on top. From the start, the tasting process was quick, easy, and so informative. They guided us through every detail of the design with such professionalism and care, making the entire experience completely stress-free. On our wedding day, the cake was not only stunning but absolutely delicious. Every bite was perfection! We can't wait to order more cakes from them in the future whether for anniversaries, birthdays, or just because. If you're looking for a bakery that delivers both beauty and flavor, look no further than Pacific Patisserie!

    Deliciously elegant

We absolutely recommend Pacific Patisserie to anymore looking for a wedding cake. It was everything we hoped for. We received comments from our guests. June 7, 2025 was an unforgettable day and so happy you made it that much more sweet. - Angie & Jesus

    Marble cake w hazelnut filling

Amazing, affordable, accommodating, and delicious! I had to find a baker for my wedding on short notice because my original baker had a family emergency. Cindy surprised me with how accommodating and budget friendly she was. She made us cream puffs and cannolis at half the cost that I budgeted for. Since there was money to spare, she asked if I would like a 3 tiered wedding cake and had 9 types of cake for me to try. Everything was amazing, nothing was too sweet or heavy, and despite adding more dessert than I planned, we still stayed under budget! Highly recommend this lovely baker for all your dessert needs!

Our wedding day was made memorable thanks to the beautiful wedding cake from Pacific Patisserie. The office is small and you need to call them to open for you. We were able to try multiple flavors and most of them were really good. With the amount of guests that we had, the representative suggested a 4-tiered cake plus a quarter sheet cake. They allowed us to choose flavor for EACH tier! Our guests had lots of fun at guessing the flavor for each tier. They even offered a complimentary first anniversary cake so don't miss out :)

Found Pacific Patisserie as part of a vendor list for a wedding I had at Pomona Mining Co. I did visit and taste the other cake vendors but Pacific Patisserie was by far the best! I made an appt to taste and the appt went well. We met with Cindy who had pictures of cakes to choose from and then brought all the samples to try. All the flavors were so good and the cake so moist. We were allowed to pick three flavors for three tiers. The flavors we chose were Banana Sundae, white chocolate mousse, lemon blueberry. I only got to taste the banana sundae on my big day, but wish I could've saved a piece of the other flavors because they were so good! I almost had a whole bottom tier leftover and took that to work. Everyone at my job also loved it and also said how moist and tasty the cake was. I am so glad we chose Pacific Patisserie for our big day. We also had flowers placed on cake by our florist. It turned out really nice. Thank you!

The old adage "You can't judge a book by its cover," is true here. This place looks forgotten, ignored, unassuming, but produces the finest bakery items in Orange County. You have to wait for a young lady who can't even look over the top of the counter because there is so much stuff piled high. She stands on tip toes to see you and you have to shout at her and point what you want. The problem is when she sees you, you are near the cash register, so you must say excuse me and walk in front of a line of people to point and shout out what you want. It is so poorly designed and complicated to order. We all endure because like the Soup Nazi on Seinfeld, the product is worth it. They sell the world's best Olive bread, scones, and strawberry crossants. If you survive the line, you make it to the cash register, pay, get a bag and leave. There is no where to sit. Absolutely phenomenal. Great flavor. The whipped cream is slightly too sweet but amazing otherwise. Love the red bean in here. There's a good mix of textures. Feels light thanks to the cream. Usually parking here isn't too bad if you're staying for less than an hour and easy to walk over to the dessert shop. Baked Banhs is located in the 4th street food market, one of the first shops you'll see if you're coming from the parking lot. Note the hours before you come (for instance, they're closed on Sundays and Mondays). And note that they seem to usually sell out of certain items by the days end. We've tried a number of different items here now including four of their canelés and their basque cheesecake. The cheesecake was solid. But we really loved their canelés. They are soft/moist on the inside with a nice crunch. And the different flavors really come through. Our favorite is the black sesame - not only is there black sesame peppered on the top but also in the center with a nice black sesame cream. It's so good and delicious. Four canelés cost $16 and thought they were well worth the price. Again, it's so sad to hear that Baked Banhs is closing soon so if you're a fan of canelés or other desserts, recommended to come sooner than later to try this out!
