The ladies are very friendly and are asking you how ur feeling while doing therapy. I feel if their was an issue with how you feel, they would notate that so the Dr knows. They just wanna help. They are very kind. They will work with on ur scheduling appointments and on payments as well. I do not know anything about Dr Tien. I spoke to her several times while waiting, and she was very friendly , but did not get any exams or therapy done thru her. Parking can be a bit tight as they share the lot with other businesses but usually its not a problem. This is the place to go!
