I used to really love this place, they always were very clean and took their time in perfecting your nails. The last couple of times I came it felt rushed and the technician cut me both times, I brushed it off. This last time, it was absolutely horrible. I walked in on Saturday with my little girl (3) for a birthday mani for her and a gel manicure for me. I was informed it would be 30 minutes, I agreed to wait. 45 minutes later, we had not yet been started and I asked how much longer it would be because my daughter was beginning to get restless. I was informed rudely that it was busy and it would be another 15 minutes. I should have left, but my little girl really wanted her nails done for her birthday party the next day. We finally get seated, the technician begins soaking my nails in acetone while another technician does my little girls nails. She took all of 3 minutes to do a sloppy painting of her nails, which I had to redo at home. As for mine, not only did they chip and peel the next day, I have an infection on the nail of my middle finger. Never coming back here again, and making sure everyone I know stays away. read more

Every time I go here she says she doesn't have time for me today literally has happened to me twice now maybe she should hire some more people to work there they don't close till seven and she says she just doesn't have time I have been a repeated customer and it's the same thing every time I've been going. Came here on a Friday morning for the very first time. I went in for a simple gel manicure due to the fact this place is located one block away from where I live, and because there was a sign outside saying "gel colors for $16.99". 4 stars instead of 5 because I was charged 20 instead of 17. The ladies here were very friendly and the shop is very clean. Only downside was they have very little selection as far as gel colors, regular colors, and very few design samples. Typically I only get designs for holidays so I might go elsewhere for detailed work. This place is good for simple work. Clean and quick. Took about 45mins for my gel mani. read more

WORST SERVICE EVER! I went in for gel, walked out with regular polish on my nails. I changed my mind on the gel color (due to him filing my nails WAYYYY to short and thin) before it was applied; the guy got upset and went with regular polish.To top it off, I was charged a manicure and a cut-down... I didn't even get a manicure, I had stiff fingers because of the acetone and all he did was file my natural nails down. I would not recommend this place to anyone! read more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS NAIL SALON!!! They have NO customer service skills whatsoever!!! First time, Jessica told me Rita was busy and when I said I'd wait for here she started talking in her language and went on to tell me that Rita wasn't in at the moment and didn't know what time to expect her. I then started going to a different salon which was amazing and unfortunately was bought out by someone else. So sad. So guess what? A few days later they are literally CHIPPING OFF AND LOOK ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE ! I call to let them know and Rita said she would fix them for me since Jessica was out of town. I scheduled an appointment with Rita for the next day at 4:00 and guess what? Would NEVER go again. Would NOT recommend to anyone. I got a spa pedi and a full set of acrylics and it took two and a half hours from start to finish, NOT including wait time to start. Because she took so long we were there after the salon technically closes and I was rushed to leave and pay without them checking if my nails were done. Of course as soon as I left my nails were ruined from being wet and their lack of attention to detail. I went back to have my nails repainted for their mistake and the lady redid them then left me alone and no one said a single word to me I sat there for ten minutes waiting for her to come back. Only 3 days later two full acrylic nails fell completely off and two others chipped off (not the paint the actual nail)!!!! Their products are CHEAP!!! So far the longest wait time has been 5 to 10 minutes. I love the massage chairs! I only get pedicures which I am so ticklish, but the finished toes are always cute and last forever!
