I've had my nails done by Amy since I started coming here and she is FANTASTIC! I no longer live in the area but I still drive to the salon to be sure I have her. Wow, this is the first salon that I have ever been to that truly cares about their guests' time frame. I was expecting to sit there for an hour before being seated for my appointment, but I was sat right away and had someone working on me immediately! I was in and out of there within an hour and a half, so unheard of! I would definitely come back here on any time crunch. (side note, this was also the week of mother's day! First timer at Spoil Me! I could tell that it's definitely a favorite since it was pretty busy at like 2 in the afternoon on a Friday. It was a little bit awkward when I first came in because I wasn't greeted and there was a female nail tech who kinda just stared at me and didn't smile or say anything then continued to mess with her phone (maybe she was on break or waiting for her client) so I sat down. Michelle came out and asked what service I wanted and started a chair for me. The water was lukewarm at most and four some reason my chair didn't have a remote so unfortunately I didn't get to do the massage chair while I waited for my tech Michael. Michelle was really nice and explained that it was going to be a while because Michael had just taken his lunch so at least I knew there was going to be a wait. Michael was super nice and did a great job on my mani-pedi. He chastised me a little about how short I cut my nails because it's difficult to shape them so I explained a couple times that I have to because of my rock climbing shoes. It seems he is some sort history buff because the majority of our conversation was him explaining the misery budget and government spending lol definitely a different conversation than I am used to having!! overall a pretty good experience. $37 for mani and pedi with callus removal $10 tip for the conversation lol read more

I'm really impressed and blown away with the customer service I just received. I ended up going here simply because I had to kill some time due to my car being serviced in the nearby area. I wasn't planning on getting a pedicure today but I'm glad I did. From the moment I walked in, everyone was really nice and accommodating. I did t have to wait at all and they purposely sat me in the massage chair furthest away from the nail techs since they noticed I'm pregnant and the didn't want me to be near the acrylic. The lady that did my pedicure was so sweet and she actually went out of her way to have a full on conversation with me. From my experience, certain nail ladies can be a bit standoffish and not want to talk. But this lady genuinely seemed to want to talk and she was so sweet. I also noticed that all the other customers seemed to be having conversations with their nail ladies and theu all seemed very happy. My pedicure came out very nice and it wasn't priced any higher than most places I go to. It's too bad I don't live close to this place because if I did, I would definitely make this place my new nail shop. read more

Asked for dip powder, it was not horrible, they did a great job initially besides my cut cuticles. They were thin and natural looking, but after a week they started breaking due to how thin this product was applied. Since I have my natural nails, I'm not exactly happy with my nail breakage, maybe it was just my technician? I'll try again next time. Don't be fooled by the nice pics on their page. Their actual work looks nothing like that. I came here on a friday at 3pm because I figured my regular nail tech would be booked for the day. I was seated fairly quick. Shop wasnt that busy so that was nice. But as for my experience, the lady just didn't know how to properly do a coffin shape and really layered on way too much acrylic which is my huge pet peeve with nail salons. I personally hate a thick layer of acrylic. I am definutely disappointed with how my nails came out. Lesson learned: stick to my regular nail tech. Id only recommend this place if you are doing a simple gel mani/pedi on your real nails. read more

I am so happy . I came in Saturday for a gel pedi. I was pleased. The scrub was a bit hard and I wish the lotion was warmed up for the massage. But over all everything went great. My gel looks great. I asked if they did gel x nails ( which they do ) so I came back today to get them done. I had gone the sheng nail in Claremont the previous time and it was horrible. They burnt me with the light and everything. So I was a little scared to try gel x again. Anyways. I had Miley. And she was amazing my nails look great they feel great and she didn't burn me like sheng nail did. I am over all so happy with my experience and will be back for both services here read more

I just want to say that this was my first time back to Spoil Me in a few years (salon is not too close to my house) and I absolutely LOVED my experience!!! Amy did such a good job with my nails, they came out beautifully! I got them done on the 27th of August, it is now the 8th of October and I still have 7 nails intact! SEVEN FREAKIN NAILS!!! They are extremely grown out and I have cut and filed them down a bit as you'll see in the pic but holy wow! I cannot believe it! When I got into the establishment, I got weird and uninviting stares. When I explained that I didn't have my card but my apple pay worked, they made me prepay for the service and the head boss kept telling her employee loudly in front of other customers not to do my service until my card went through and she asked the employee multiple times if the payment was verified before taking me to my station. The employee assisting me also asked if I was from this country for some reason? Obviously I'm from here if I live here. I felt racially profiled as if I didn't have the funds for my service. The employees and head boss made me feel very uncomfortable even in my chair, they made me feel like they didn't want me in their shop. I felt awkward, anxious, uneasy, and upset during the entire service. I understand cards don't work sometimes but I have been to this establishment many times and I have always paid and tipped very nice. There was no reason to loudly put my financial business at the attention of other customers as well as ask if I'm from this country and insinuate that I don't have enough money for my service. On top of that I recovered french tip gel x pedicure and within the first few days already chipped off. Poor quality and quite expensive. When I had already left the salon, many nails were filed unevenly as well as the chips I had mentioned before. It really is a shame but I felt very unwelcome and when I explained my concern to the employee assisting me, they disregarded my experience and gave a half ass answer as to why I had to prepay and why her boss "wouldn't do the service until my card went though". Very poor service and will not be back, I wish you could leave no stars. read more

If you want a specific shape or design, bring a picture for reference and Michelle always makes sure you're happy with the results! If there is a specific nail tech you want to do your nails, I would suggest calling ahead and scheduling an appointment with them because they can get busy at times. We've overlooked the less than friendly attitude that we sometimes have received in the past because they do a great job, but today I guess we finally had enough. Both my daughter & I have shared similar experiences and finally realized that a day at the nail salon should feel like a treat! Having someone tap my hands over & over telling me to relax and "look at the tv, not at what they are doing", is just not how I want to be treated. I'm personally picky with my nails and never get wowed like I did with Michelle's work she shaped them very well with curvature and not making my nails "flat" on top. I got the gel x and I'm super happy with them they look natural and not bulky in comparison to acrylic.
