Had a refill done. Nails came out cute. Staff were nice. However, a couple days later started to see a green streak under the acrylic nail. Turns out I got a bacterial fungus infection from the nail. I never get my nails done and the one time i do this happens.

She introduced me to a new more modern look and I think I'll stick to this look. I love all the nails artists here. So friendly and they are careful in their work. New to the area and thought I'd try out a local shop. I am glad i went there. The owner is adorable and really nice and friendly. The staff are all nice, they recommended the gel builder and i am glad i tried it. I've been back 3 times since. My nails and toes look great after every service. Prices are reasonable, it's a fairly calming place, simple aesthetic and not once have i felt like they are rushing a service. They take their time. read more

It honestly saddens me to leave this review because the owner was very sweet. I waited two weeks before writing this to be fair but my nails did not last. Before booking, I called and specifically asked if they do "polygel" and I was told yes. However, when I arrived, I was told they use builder gel instead and that it's the same thing...which it's not. There are differences between hard gel, polygel, and builder gel. I decided to give her a chance anyway. Unfortunately, the results didn't hold up. By day 14, three nails were fully lifting, which shouldn't happen that quickly with proper application. I also have to mention the cleanliness. The shop was not very clean, and the brush used to dust off my hands had visible black buildup on it, which was concerning. Again, the owner was kind, and I really wanted to like this place, but between being misinformed and the quality not lasting, I wouldn't return. read more

I went to get a couples pedicure for Valentines day and the service was amazing. The employees were very kind and gave us recommendations on their best packages, we got the Bella pedicure package. My boyfriend was nervous for his first pedicure but he really liked it, they buffed his nails so they'll be shiny for a long time. First time here for a pedicure from Kim She was so friendly and took extra care of me on my special day. Most places cut my cuticle too much or make me bleed and Kim was so gentle with me. I love Linda and literally everyone there from Hidee to Tony! They are the best in the area, it's a wonderful place. They stay on top of all the latest nail trends. And reasonable as far as their price for quality nails. I wanted spring nails with a twist they helped me. They really listen and make great suggestions on the latest trends. Shame on you Linda Pham! I reported her to bbb for improper tool cleaning and lack of posting over charges on colors and credit card usage but I guess she should also post outside beware of dog inside! Meaning you ain't going in there to get yourself something you want but what she forces you to do. In the response to bbb she had the audacity to create a story about me accusing me of causing a scene and yelling which wasn't the case as you can follow from my previous review she was rude and was not emphatic to fix her own mistakes and own up to it. Instead she preferred to yet make me wait longer and take an eyebrow service because they were gonna pay. I was upset yes. I posted a review yes. We are entitled to this. But to make false accusations to make your "side of the story" against my claims just isn't right. I was with my two young kids and this woman is saying I started screaming and saying bad words. Please no need to make things up in order to not have to take responsibility for your lack of action when you had the opportunity to take but instead decided to talk bad about me to the clients you were tending while I was waiting and then asked me to wait longer when it was my turn for you to fix your mistakes for the 3rd time. You just didn't like that I didn't stay quiet like your other clients who are too afraid to tell you so. Get off that high horse. I know you have cameras maybe you should pull the recordings up from that day to refresh your memory Linda. And yea I did say I was going to leave you a bad yelp review and I would do it 5 times more just like you charge for your crappy service! Best of luck to you and your famous poop nails. There's a cuss word for you. Haha. And sure Linda have your customers post good reviews in exchange of offering discounts off your ridiculously high priced services that aren't worth it! If you are new and looking for the truth see all the bad reviews first before attempting to go here. I'm not a liar. Went on a recommendation from a friend she recommended Heidi, but she wasn't available so I went with Linda. Linda is amazing. Very knowledgeable and attention to Detail is great. Multiple times through the service she paused to check in that I liked the length, shape, color, design etc. I appreciate that so much because we all know it can be hard to speak up when something isn't quite what we want. And omg she was fast. She removed my previous design, filled/shaped, and painted in just 40 mins. Such a excellent experience 10/10 The salon itself is clean and very cute. The pedicure chairs look new still. I recommend calling and making an appointment if you intend to try them out, they can get pretty booked.

I've been coming here for about 3 years, but after my last visit, I will never return…read more I came in to fix a broken nail and was told to wait for my original tech. I ended up waiting about an hour while staff kept going back and forth, clearly frustrated about who was going to deal with my nail. It was very uncomfortable and unprofessional. Eventually, a different technician took over, and the service was rough and painful. She was pulling my hand, filing aggressively on the sides, and it actually hurt. The nail was done carelessly and didn't even match the rest of my set. On top of that, the attitude was obvious. Between the tone, looks, and the way they were going back and forth in their language, it was clear I was being treated like an inconvenience instead of a paying customer. Don't assume customers don't notice just because you're speaking another language. After years of loyalty, this was extremely disappointing. I felt disrespected and unwelcome. They lost a long-time customer.

They couldn't shape my nails round either time, so I had to cut them down super short after growing them for months... I was asked what shape I want? I said round, she did square. I showed a picture of round in case she didn't understand and, she said it was too short to make round, how is that even possible? Also, they grind your nails so far down they thin out... I'm sure it's to save time, but it's truly not worth messing up the structure of the nail. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves... I have a conference next week and I'm very embarrassed about these nails... (yes, they had me pay full price; mani and 2 pedis $108)

No bubbles, overlap on my skin, or weird edges, and I could tell that they prepped my nail beds really well so the gel will definitely be staying on for a while. My friend got acrylics with cat-eye polish and they look FANTASTIC. I will note that the color books are labeled with the same numbers for different colors in different books, so be sure to show your nail tech the exact book/color to prevent mix ups! Overall, would def recommend this to a friend and will be back next time I want my nails done!

Since Mirai does not offer acrylic nails, I agreed to try their Gel-X service. My natural nails were cut down in preparation for the application. What should have been a routine appointment turned into a nearly four-hour ordeal. The Gel-X application alone took approximately three hours, followed by another hour for a basic pedicure. For the amount of time spent and the price charged ($130 before tip), I expected a much better result. The nails are uneven, overly thick, and have an unnatural appearance. Several nails curve dramatically downward, creating a claw-like look rather than the clean, natural shape Gel-X is known for. Looking underneath the nails, there are noticeable gaps and inconsistencies in the application. I left feeling disappointed instead of happy with the finished product. The most frustrating part is that I paid a premium price and invested half my day, only to come home considering removing the nails myself. I rarely leave negative reviews, but when a service costs this much and takes this long, the quality should reflect it. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend the Gel-X service at Mirai. I genuinely wish them well, but I will not be returning.

Just let all my customers know I usually don't write the response back to my customers on here, because I don't pay for yelp and I don't need to waste my time to go up here to argue with someone not normal and not a nice person at all. I had people not happy and yeld me bad too but not like a person down below. Read her the reviews that she wrote about me and talk bad about me because she lie a lot on there. I was upset with the way she acted very rude then she told me she working in banking bussiness. I had gone to idol nails and spa about 2 weeks ago and needed a fill but I decided to try famous nails since it was closer to home. I am so thankful that I came to get my fill here because Linda was so honest about the job idol nails had done. She really opened my eyes on what the coffin nail shape should be. I'm also so thankful that she fixed them up for me. She didn't have to take her time to do that but she did. Linda also suggested some colors and encouraged me to be extra on my nail color. I will definitely be going there to get my mani and pedi. The new management is amazing and make you feel welcome . linda is the one who did my nails and she did amazing .
