Appointment Experience My mom and I came in for pedicures, and I was initially hopeful about the service. I brought a reference photo and requested a French pedicure with clear/silver rhinestones. The technician acknowledged the design and said it would not be a problem. The massage portion of the service was enjoyable. Issues During Service Problems began when the nail design process started. I was then told that rhinestones were not available, despite my prior request and the photo I had provided. I explained that I would not have chosen this design without them. Then Colored stones were offered, but I declined since I specifically wanted clear/silver rhinestones. Eventually, different stones were found, but the process felt disorganized. My mom's pedicure was completed well before mine, while mine took significantly longer. The technician had difficulty placing the stones, and several were repeatedly misaligned. Another technician who had worked on my mom's pedicure stepped in to assist, which helped somewhat, but multiple adjustments were still needed. After the topcoat was applied on one foot but not the other several stones came off and had to be redone. Outcome After Leaving Even after leaving the salon, issues continued. My left foot was not fully sealed with topcoat over the stones, and I had to request disposable sandals since I came in tennis shoes. A stone came off immediately after he put them on them on and he did not say a word, more stones have fallen off, and the placement was uneven from the beginning. Overall Experience Overall, I am disappointed with the service and final result. I will likely need to have my nails corrected while i am here from Arizona for a family reunion, as they are not wearable in their current condition. somebody even came over and said oh they look good she go, she go. read more

I highly recommend this salon! they're always so friendly. When I get pedicures they offer you drinks, also they really take their time with the massages and that's something I haven't really experienced with other places. I recently went in to get a full set, and the tech was amazing. He was very soft handed, gentle, kind. He was so attentive when it came to details in the length and shape of them all to make sure everything was even and symmetrical. I always have a great experience here. read more

My Uncle and I came in today for pedicures and manicures. Tommy did a great job giving me a hot stone pedicure and full set of nails. Kim Lee gave an extensive massage for pedicure and manicure for my uncle. We both left with happy feet and happy hands. Other info: Priced reasonably. Newer massage chairs and clean environment. Doesn't have a heavy nail salon smell. If you have children that want pedicures, they have two little massage chairs for them too. read more

I recently took my friend here for her birthday, we were excited to get a manicure and pedicure together. Since we had her birthday party to attend that evening, I made an appointment for us for two mani/pedi at 4:15 pm over the phone two days in advance. When we arrived, we were not sat until 4:40 pm- that is after checking into their computer system. The never checked that system to see what services we requested. They first got her in a chair but didn't ask her if she wanted shellac or not and she didn't know the difference and so they ended up putting on regular polish. I didn't know this until her nails were nearly done because they had sat her first which was quite disappointing. Then I was finally sat in the chair in the water for another 30 minutes (and of course the water got really cold) and all of a sudden, a man came over and started massaging my legs (before any treatment, so weird)- he also wasn't a nail tech so I then waited another 15 minutes and finally someone came to do my pedicure. The pedicure itself was okay (not much attention to detail, for example, there was nail polish on several toes outside of my nails), but it took so long (two hours)! for the pedicure we didn't dare ask for the manicure even though that is the service we chose, twice when booking and in person- they never asked us about the manicures. This was the weirdest, most unprofessional nail salon I have ever been to and neither of us will be going back. read more

My mom and I have been here three times over the past 6 months and love it. They always get us in and do a great job. I get the deluxe shellac pedicure for $65 before tip. They're always busy when we've been there at different times but it's never overwhelming. This like watching the tv that has info on Vietnam. Ask them about it! I've been going here for years and I'll say the quality has gone down. I left today after an hour and a half for dip powder, one color, and with seven fingers with cuts. Fortunately this only cost me $45, but still. Not sure when or if I'll come back here. My nails are okay, not all even and bubbles in a few. Just sad, a salon I loved dearly, I no longer want to give my money too. read more

I went to Kim's nails on March 29th and noticed the evening of April 6th that the shellac polish was peeling up. This is unusual for me as normally shellac lasts at least 1 month if not longer. I called on April 7th and told them of the issue. The man that did my nails on the 29th answered and told me to come in the next day. I did thinking they would make it right. Upon arrival I again explained why I was back in. They had a very nice person redo my nails but when I went to leave, they asked me to pay full price again. The reason they stated was that shellac is only supposed to last two weeks. It didn't even last two weeks and they weren't willing to make it right. They made me pay full price and offered a $5.00 coupon towards my next visit for which I declined. I will not be returning. read more

My place to go! Amazing work every time. The staff if welcoming and they all do a fantastic job!

I went to go get my acrylic nails removed. (The set was previously from a different shop). I had been here once before a year ago in 2023 and it was 10$ and perfectly normal to get my nails removed. This time as soon as she began she tried to pry the nails right off with no soaking or anything. She stuck another acrylic nail under and chipped at it and tried to pull it up which hurt and didn't work. I requested she soak them off which is the method I have ALWAYS seen at many salons (wrapping each fingernail in a soaked cotton ball and foil before filing it off) after and only after my request for her to do it the correct way and soak it off, she then had me place both my full hands into a bowl of remover. It stung my fingertips and I had to keep them soaking in between 5 different sessions of her filing them with the electric file. To top it off she cut my natural nails at the end completely squared off with sharp, uneven edges. The ugliest cut I have ever seen a child could have done better, in fact I bit one off on my drive home and it looked better than what she left me with. Then at the end had the audacity to ask me for 15$. Would not recommend. And upon getting home a few hours later I noticed my fingers were slightly burnt from getting over filed off the top. read more
