It was a great place. The only thing is they didn't get my shape right. I asked for round, they gave me almond other than that, great service and work!!!

The salon was very busy but I only had to wait a out 15 minutes past my appointment time. I have clubbed thumbs so it's always a gamble going into a new place as not everyone knows what clubbed thumbs are or how to apply acrylics to them. I could tell by the surprise in the woman's voice that she hadn't dealt with them before. She spent extra time on my thumbs to make sure they looked good. Most places rush through and you end up with really odd shaped acrylic on the sides of the thumbs. This is the most affordable place I've been in a few years and I came out completely satisfied which has never happened before! I highly recommend this place for acrylics. They seemed to be quite popular for pedicures too although I don't have personal experience in that area so I'll save that for another time:)

Went and saw Willy on my lunch break and got a fill and shellac polish in less then 35 minutes. Never had black on my nails but looks amazing. I decided to get silver sparkle on the tips. So cute. Will be back to get the same polish on my toes. Thanks Willy.

A comfortable, friendly, and quiet environment made for a relaxing experience. My feet were in bad shape; dry, cracked, and calloused. The young woman who performed my pedicure was kind and didn't make me feel self conscious about the condition of my feet. Her English was minimal but we communicated well anyway. I have chronic muscular pain and when I asked her to be gentle when massaging my legs, she immediately responded with careful strokes. My feet were transformed and my toes have a pretty shiny shade of green. I'm a happy customer and will be returning in the future. read more

Came here for a pedicure right before I had my baby only to leave with a toe infection!!! Loved my nails but as the gal was cleaning them she cut a pretty big chunk of skin which she than wiped the blood away and kept going as if nothing happened. Didn't apologize either! I came home with throbbing pain in my toe and by evening my toe was swollen and red. Would not recommend! Unless you want a toe infection! read more

General review then specifics. Unfortunately this is my local and cheapest option. Stations aren't updated or clean. 4 girls worked on me for my mani pedi last week. They do not split tips so TIP each worker as they leave you. Owner lies and says they split the tips or credit card tips but the staff tell me they don't get it if it's not handed to them. They don't listen well and you will have to be firm about what you want them to do. The owner/manager did my full set. I told her I wanted cheap plain acrylics. She tried to up sell me on solar gel and I said no thank you; I wanted to pay for cheapest option. She put on solars and gel polish and the 35 set turned into 55. She was very rude when I reminded her I wanted only cheap and basic. I wish I didn't have to go here. Unfortunately I have been back. read more

This is the only place that has yet to cut me, or file to where it's raw or hurt. They do an amazing job and there gentle. The prices are very reasonable also! I went there yesterday for my feet and a full acrylic set and I loved what I walked out with. Amazing company I will definitely be back in 2 weeks for my filling! read more

I had the best experience there today! I didn't have an appointment but I did a walk in and got a shellac manicure and eye brow wax. My nails look great!! I picked white shellac and this is honestly the first time I've ever left completely happy with the nail shape and polish! Mary did a great job! She took her time and was neat, i didn't have any polish on the sides or tips of my figures! I'm definitely going back! read more

New location, new employees and GREAT SERVICE! I was assisted by nail technician Nancy. She is the reason I will be going back. She held a very pleasant conversation with me and remained professional. I could tell she takes immense pride in her work and her customer service. I got my nails done and my lip waxed. If you want an infection this is your place! My nails are peeling off after just 3 days and had to go to doctor for infection under my toe nail! Never had that before and it was awful!! Never again will I return! Plus new owner doesn't know what she is doing! To bad used to be a good place! read more

Stopped in two days ago for a mani/pedi. My regular place was booked and I wanted my nails nice for the Holidays. Staff was nice and got me right in even though I didn't have an appointment. The experience while I was there was fairly good. I got shellac on both my hands and toes which I have done now for years. The reason for the low rating is in just two days I have three nails that are now chipped and peeling which has never happened to me before. I can typically go 3 if not 4 weeks without a problem. Sadly won't be going back. read more

I only went there because The old owners were Amazing!!! Tried them out today, bummer. My nail tech today couldn't speak much English and could not do the design I wanted for my cruise. I had to go 1 mile away to have them finish what I wanted at The Nail Garden. They had no trouble there. Unfortunately if it looks a bit crummy, they work a bit crummy... pay a bit more for way better nails. Wish I did! Sad to say this, because this place used to be amazing no matter who did your nails!! read more

His attitude made what should have been a simple decision feel stressful. At checkout, I explained that I didn't have cash and would just pay the additional charge with my card. Instead of handling it professionally, he threw his hands up in the air and demanded cash. The entire interaction was unnecessary and incredibly unprofessional. Customer service goes a long way, and being treated with impatience and disrespect over a simple color change is unacceptable. I brought a reference photo and requested a French pedicure with clear/silver rhinestones. The technician acknowledged the design and said it would not be a problem. The massage portion of the service was enjoyable. Issues During Service Problems began when the nail design process started. I was then told that rhinestones were not available, despite my prior request and the photo I had provided. I explained that I would not have chosen this design without them. Then Colored stones were offered, but I declined since I specifically wanted clear/silver rhinestones. Eventually, different stones were found, but the process felt disorganized. My mom's pedicure was completed well before mine, while mine took significantly longer. The technician had difficulty placing the stones, and several were repeatedly misaligned. Another technician who had worked on my mom's pedicure stepped in to assist, which helped somewhat, but multiple adjustments were still needed. After the topcoat was applied on one foot but not the other several stones came off and had to be redone. Outcome After Leaving Even after leaving the salon, issues continued. My left foot was not fully sealed with topcoat over the stones, and I had to request disposable sandals since I came in tennis shoes. A stone came off immediately after he put them on them on and he did not say a word, more stones have fallen off, and the placement was uneven from the beginning. Overall Experience Overall, I am disappointed with the service and final result. I will likely need to have my nails corrected while i am here from Arizona for a family reunion, as they are not wearable in their current condition. somebody even came over and said oh they look good she go, she go.

I got my nails done previously somewhere else for the first time in early October, I didn't like them at all and debated on keeping them or just having them removed all together. Then saw Expo, walked in and was impressed with how clean it was compared to the last place. So I gave it another try. I absolutely love the job they did! Amy was so nice and very detailed with the shape of my nails. They look like my own. I will be keeping them as long as my budget allows! read more

This place was great! I called ahead and asked if they had an opening for an acrylic fill and they got me in right away. Mary did my nails and she was so nice and made me nails look gorgeous! I've been coming here for years. Mary is amazing but usually booked in advance. When I don't have an appointment though any of the team is great. They may not appear to have all of the newest trends but just ask, it's possible they just are advertised (I.e. dip, halo). read more
