Walked in, and was greeted nicely, something I would look out for though is the prices on the sign is misleading. They do note that there are additional costs for "add ons" but I felt a little surprised that getting a certain shape would cost me an extra $5 per finger, plus an extra cost per finger for French tip. I was very surprised to find that a simple full set with a French tip design would be $105 dollars. Overall she did do a nice job and I was happy with my nails, but I had to walk back in once I left to have her put on the clear coat she forgot to put on my nail which left it sticky and easily damaged. They don't have a online website to see prices because they like to up charge the price when you're in store. I've gotten an infected toenail that had puss in it for a week. They also charge for the length of your nails which they don't really have a specific price everything is just guessed for whatever they want to charge you. read more

I love this place ! I'm licensed full cosmetologist and I can tell you that they are doing an amazing job. I always refer my clients to this place as my place is close by. They use quality of the products. I came back for a fill after 3 weeks! I always would just get a fill somewhere else after 2 short weeks and lost a bunch in between but not here . My nails look amazing thanks to Kathy! And oh my goodness my feet look even better. I have been getting pedis here for many years. Always happy to take walk-ins, always friendly, always do a good job and always with a smile. TWO NOTABLES: 1) I actually stopped going to my super expensive nail tech in Portland because TLC does just as good as of a job in half the time and for a better price. 2) I LOVE that there are so many men who go here for pedicures!! This place is really gone downhill over the years. I've gone to Kathy for many many years the price just keeps going up and the quality just keeps going down. When I called her to let her know that I wasn't happy with my nails (which I told her at the very beginning before she put the acrylic on,) that I wasn't happy with the shape and she ignored me and kept going, she didn't offer to fix them she didn't offer to do anything. I would not recommend her to do your nails. Inconsistent and rude to be honest! I was shocked long time customer but will never go back! read more

This place was probably one of the best nail salons I've ever been too! The pedicure I got was amazing! Anne was absolutely phenomenal! She gave me the longest massage ever and was super careful to clean and trim around my nails. I'm also super picky about the chairs and these ones were nice and not too rough. read more

After moving to the area, I needed a little spa time and found the spa. They greeted me warmly and fit me in - even though I didn't have an appointment. Lam took good care of me and my nails. I love how a dip manicure looks and how quickly you can get back to life after! A few days after, the top coat started lifting so I called to ask if something could be done. They buffed and polished me up and my dip manicure lasted a full 4 weeks! Finally had to take it off because my nails had grown out but I couldn't carve out the time to visit the salon. I'll be stopping by again this AM as we're out of town for a few days and I'd like my paws and claws to look good for our trip!! read more

Oh my god I'm so disappointed. I came to this place and the people were nice at first then as the session went on the lady was increasingly rough with my hands until it became actually painful (the other lady made my young sister's hands bleed) and as she applied the acrylic I noticed some inconsistencies that I pointed out and she replied that it was hand done and that's what happens. Basically I told her I noticed some mistakes that could've easily been rectified at that moment when she was doing my nails but she refused to and now this is what they look like. read more

I'm really picky about my nails. I recently moved to the area and wanted to find a new place closer to my house. I'm SO glad I found this one. Some of my nails had broken. She told me the best possible solution for my nails, but since I was on a budget that trip, she ended up working with me and giving me one of the best fills-and-polish I've had recently. I mean the first time I went here, they offered me a bottle of water. They give you the nail file and buffer when you're done if you didn't bring your own. The chairs are comfortable and the technicians communicate easily. It has been a real challenge finding somewhere in Portland that I can turn into my go-to salon. This place is definitely it. Cathy is one of the best nail techs I've had. She did an amazing job on my acrylic fill. Very affordable, very sweet lady. I'd only ask for maybe some drink options while sitting. But everything else was great. I'll be coming here from now on all the way from Tualatin. Cathy even gave me a little Christmas gift! Polite, and clean place but my French manicure started to fall off and chip by day 2. I tipped $12 for my $48 mani pedi too! Never again. The heated nail dryers were the best part, too bad it was all for nothing. I had to keep telling the manicurist she missed old polish, or got hair in it or didn't get the white line all the way down on both sides. I shouldn't have to watch her like a hawk, all the wine and tea in the world isn't worth that. read more

I totally understand that any customer service industry can have unexpected rushes but it is beyond frustrating when you make an appointment and then have to wait more than 45 minutes for your "appointment." The ladies are very friendly but a little aggressive when dealing with more "beat up" feet As the woman who was giving me a pedicure definitely made me bleed as she got too aggressive with cleaning up my cuticle line. Definitely will not be going back here and would suggest others to avoid as well. read more

I went three times to have my toes done. They are very inconsistent, one technician beats the day lights out of your legs and calls it massage. (Yes I said something then and there). My all time favorite nail salon. They do absolutely beautiful work! The prices can't be beat. I am never going any where else for my acrylics! The shaping and structure is amazing. I've never had an lifting. They are well filed at the base so they grow out really well. They work pretty quickly and are very friendly. They do a great job with pedicures and manicures. Kathy is so friendly and personable, but the rest of her staff is not so much. Kathy takes the time to get to know you and knows your name if you're a repeat customer. The other staff members hardly utter a word or engage in conversation. They spend a lot of time talking and laughing with each other in their native language. I wish they'd spend that much time talking with their customers. I'm considering going elsewhere as I haven't felt very welcomed by the staff much. read more

We called to make an appt, they were real nice and said yes they had an opening at 1030. We got there and they rushed through the pedi so fast and did such a poor job. Nail polish they have for you to choose from is poor quality As well. We paid 65$ for two pedis and honestly I now have to go home and redo them myself. Their pedis does not look like it'll last for more than 3 days and already chipping off cause they were rushing us out so quickly for the next person.... disappointing ... read more
