He charged me an extra fee for the color change, which was fine, but then tried to pressure my friends into paying the fee in cash for me. While I was picking out a new shade, he hovered over me and my friends the entire time, making us feel rushed and uncomfortable. His attitude made what should have been a simple decision feel stressful. At checkout, I explained that I didn't have cash and would just pay the additional charge with my card. Instead of handling it professionally, he threw his hands up in the air and demanded cash. The entire interaction was unnecessary and incredibly unprofessional. Customer service goes a long way, and being treated with impatience and disrespect over a simple color change is unacceptable. I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone looking for a welcoming experience.

Then Colored stones were offered, but I declined since I specifically wanted clear/silver rhinestones. Eventually, different stones were found, but the process felt disorganized. My mom's pedicure was completed well before mine, while mine took significantly longer. The technician had difficulty placing the stones, and several were repeatedly misaligned. Another technician who had worked on my mom's pedicure stepped in to assist, which helped somewhat, but multiple adjustments were still needed. After the topcoat was applied on one foot but not the other several stones came off and had to be redone. Outcome After Leaving Even after leaving the salon, issues continued. My left foot was not fully sealed with topcoat over the stones, and I had to request disposable sandals since I came in tennis shoes. A stone came off immediately after he put them on them on and he did not say a word, more stones have fallen off, and the placement was uneven from the beginning. Overall Experience Overall, I am disappointed with the service and final result. I will likely need to have my nails corrected while i am here from Arizona for a family reunion, as they are not wearable in their current condition. somebody even came over and said oh they look good she go, she go.

They did absolutely wonders to my nails! Fixed the past salons mistakes and corrected all my wrongs. Super friendly and deffinitly my favorite salon now. I originally came in just for a fill and a file down but ended up needed 3 removed because the last place messed up. No extra charge to go out of there way to help me.
