I walked in on a whim, despite some low reviews. And I am so glad that I did! Yes, the space isn't some sterile, glistening location, but the chairs were comfortable, the tables and tools well cleaned, and magic was done to my terrible hands (see after and before). They also included an arm massage and careful treatment. They have a TV, to boot! Why don't more salons have a TV with the Food Network playing to keep us distracted?! On top of all this, the entire service was SO inexpensive. I tipped about 47% and it was still WAY under what I've payed other places. read more

This place is so rude!!! I came in right at opening to see if I could get a pedicure. When I walked in they asked "what do you want?" After saying a pedicure they said no not today and then told me to leave! If you don't have any available appointments just tell me that in a nicer tone! This place is filthy. They used a nasty phone on to set my hand on while she did my dip nails. They talk about you the whole time. Sink they asked me to rinse my hands in was as dirty as the sink in the janitors closet in my high school. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned since I was in high school. No sign of nail fungus yet. Board of health obviously hasn't inspected this place for quite a while. They deserve 5 negative stars. read more

I came in here as a part of a bridal party before our wedding this weekend. The cleanliness was disappointing, I saw them drain the water from one pedicure, rinse with plain water and refill for the next person. The bride got gel polish, and when finished it was very obvious it was uneven, messy edges and dark spots showing through. When we asked for another coat the woman replied with "do you know how long I've been doing this for?" I didn't get a picture of the brides nails, but I took these, I can't believe they would let someone leave like this and think that was an acceptable job done. So disgusted with this place. The bride also had bleeding cuts not only on her fingers but also one on her toe. A drill wasn't even used! read more

Im surprised at some of the 1 star ratings. My wife and I have been coming here for many years and have never had a bad experience. My T level is fine thank you but as a guy you still have to take care of your feet. A spa pedicure can seem kind of non-manly but after a week or two of wearing work boots or running miles in tennis shoes a spa pedicure is just what your feet need. The owners are awesome people. The employees are great. The other customers that are here when we are all seem to be happy as well. Best bet is to call ahead of time but I have seen walk-in get served right away. read more

I just had my fourth consecutive deluxe manicure with shellac, and once again I am in love! The salon is clean, the massage chairs are amazing, the employees are all friendly, and the prices are reasonable. Phan is who I make my appointments with and she is just a gem! I recommend this salon to anyone who wants a great experience and beautiful nails! As the other reviews have said, it's a VERY laid back atmosphere, which I could see would bother some. However, it makes it feel like home to me! The crooked art behind the counter has been like that since I first came in maybe about 2012. Been going there for years- sometimes they are friendly sometimes they are not. Quality of work is good- no concerns about cleanliness but it's true that the pictures are sideways on the wall and they take personal calls, pay bills online (in front of you) etc. However the pedicure is $22 and the massage is amazing and the girls work hard. They may talk about you in their native tongue, or maybe they are talking about what they are making for dinner- who knows? Some perceive as rude but personally I don't really care if they are talking about me as long as I get a good pedi lol. read more

I am a regular and they are always very nice if you take the time to get to know them. I got on a regular basis for pedicures and have never had a worry of infection or issues. They are awful. The 3 times I have gone to them they have clipped my cuticle, and I begin to bleed. They are not very nice. I don't feel welcome when I walk in, or make an appointment. For prom last year I got solar acrylics, one of them broke off that night. The next morning I woke up and most of my acrylics had bubbled up at the cuticle. I am very disappointed and will never go back there to waist me money. read more

Here's the deal. THEY GIVE GREAT MANICURES. However it is SO DIRTY in there :( Seriously folks, do a deep clean, re-hang the fallen art work, do some dusting and organize the front desk. First off I'm not one to write review so this is how you know I'm very displeased with this place. I've gone here multiple times over the years and if I get Eddy or Deana I'm usually happy but the last two times I've been there I've seen multiple things I'm not happy about. During a pedi they wanted to use what we call in school a "cheese grater" on my feet which is illegal. It's easy to cut people and cannot be properly disinfected, I've noticed quite a few workers but very little licenses on the wall which according to state board all technicians must have their licenses displayed in plain view, they also leave the uv lights for shellac on too long when base coat is 10secs , color and top coat each layer is 2 minutes. I use the same lamps they do at my school, last but very not least high level disinfectant Is supposed to be a light blue color and there's are a dark green- brown color which means 1 it's old and ineffective and 2 the implements they've been putting in them are not actually clean. I'm calling state board immediately in the morning I'm so disappointed and I'm concerned about the well being of every there. -Soon to be licensed cosmetologist who learns these things every day read more

Dropped in for a pedicure. Was pleased to be seen right away without an appointment. But ended up with a girl who did not say more than fourteen words to me the whole time (pick out color, water okay?, don't move, move over there to dry, thank you) Went with the $30 pedicure package... not their basic. And yet very basic. No paraffin wax, no hot towel wrap. I have a broken toe nail. Wich she didn't even attempt to fix or even make better. Actually leaving it with a very jagged edge and simply just painting it over and down... needless to say I over sent.... But was put off by the man playing slots on his phone with the volume turned all the way up between clients. Worst. Service. Ever. I come here on because it's so close to my house when I don't have time to drive to a place where they treat you like a human person. I've been cut twice, once with nail scissors and with the nail sander. It should be dirt cheap for how grumpy and petulant the owner is but it's not. I wouldn't recommend it, but my nails look great. I called and explained I had a problem in the past with getting hurt at nail salons when having fills done. I have gone to the same one for the past 5 - 6 years and the folks that worked on me did an excellent job, but they left the shop and opened up their own shop out of state. After I was assured they would be able to fill my nails with no pain I decided to give them a try. I went and the tech that did my nails not only did an excellent job, but NEVER HURT ME! Everyone in the shop was very nice and it was a comfortable place to be in. They smile and laugh a lot too. I have been getting my pedicures here for a few years and decided to get acrylic nails. What a mistake! Eddy is so rude! I have a hard time relaxing my hands because they hurt and Eddie told me that if every customer was like me they wouldn't make any money. His manner toward me has always held nothing but disdain. He never smiles. He acts like doing my nails is the most awful thing he has ever had to do. PLUS, they were never really good. They peel and chip. They were really thick. Just awful from the get go. I don't know why I didn't leave sooner. Old habits, I guess. I have found a wonderful new place though and they will get all of my business and the business of my friends, one of which went with me to day. Will never go back! Full set of nails super short because person doing nails started hacking them all back. Why get them if they are so short? Nails are crooked, and misshaped!! I see reviews that have been very negative and I'm surprised. In search of a new place to get my nails done after another salon could not keep appointment and got a little rough with doing my nails (I have a medical condition which makes me sensitive to pain) She asked what brought me in which I explained to her the reasons. I first noticed she was doing them different then I have seen in my 10 years of getting my nails done. I asked her about it but it didn't make sense to me. I let her do her job but in the long run it ended up being double the work. While doing my nails she hit a spot on my nail with the drill thing and I pulled my hand away. I know with my medical condition I was being a big baby but she then told me there was no way that hurt me. DO NOT TELL ME WHAT I SHOULD BE FEELING!!!! The whole thing took about 1 hour and 40 minutes for a back fill. Normally its a hour. But about half way in she got a phone call and took it. She then went on the pay a bill while still trying to work on my nails. I can tell you she has about $330 in her bank account. Information I do not need to know. I was the only person in the salon and the rest of employees and their children where just sitting about. But as I look around I can't help but notice the dust everywhere and the clutter all over the place. I might be a little OCD but pictures falling off the wall and what reminds me of mice poop in the case was a little much for me. I went to to this place on my way home one day because I couldn't stand how my nails looked anymore (I made the mistake of getting a very light color that you could see through at a different salon before). I don't know anyone's names, I wish I did so I could tell you who not to let do your gel polish. The first time I went there the lady helping me did an amazing job. I loved my nails and was super sad when I had to get them changed! So with that in mind I went back again for a polish change. Mistake. I got a lady who had a very weird technique but I didn't question her because, hey, she's suppose to know what she's doing. They looked awful! Mind you, I asked her if the color I chose would be dark enough and she said yes. When she was finished I could see through them in some places still and she didn't go far enough to the sides on some nails. I was in a hurry so I thanked her, paid and tipped her, and left. I could only handle them for a week before I couldn't stand it and scraped them off myself. I broke my thumb nail about half way up, ouch! So I went back to them thinking maybe it was a fluke and a bad color choice. When I got there they had me see a man, yay not her! He was very nice, took his time with filing and shaping my nails and even put a thin layer of acrylic over the broken area so I could keep my nail in tact. After he was done with that he must have had a scheduled appointment with someone else because he left me and called another tech over. Please not her, please not her, it was her. You should know I'm very nice and gave her a second chance without saying anything. The color I picked was darker this time and I even asked her to put a third coat on. That still didn't help. The crazy way in which she paints your nails is what's wrong! I can't even describe it other than she brushes it on in tiny strokes leaving an uneven look. When I questioned her she blamed it on the condition of my nails saying they were uneven due to an acrylic set I'd had on two months before. No lady, it's your fault. I'm never going back if only for the fear of getting her again. I wish I knew her name for you guys, just know she has freckles. read more
