Tina did an amazing job on my nails. I came in at 6 for a full set, I didn't have to wait. She was so sweet and thorough. Not only did she get the shape right, which was the pointy almond, she also gave much needed attention to my nail beds. She also stayed after with me to finish and it shows. I found my new nail artist! So happy! Thanks Tina!

Lumpy short nails that they made me pay extra for since they were "long nail". Paid $13 more than the normal fill. (Non shellac)

Unclean shop beware! This is one of those nail salons that say $5 more For ANYTHING and everything possible! I got a basic acrylic FILL. That I was told would be one price and ended up paying $13 more than what I was told. I did not get anything "extra". I got pink with a glitter top coat, which I only wanted the glitter color but the lady made me pic another color because she said she'd have to do too many coats of the glitter. So then she charges me extra for that. I asked why it was $13 more and she said "you have long nail" (my nails are sport length and far from long.) "and I used two color". They also charged $20 to paint my daughters nails... with normal polish. Then to make matters worse, she kept burning my nail bed with the drill over and over, and started filing my nails with old used dirty files and I asked her if I could pay for new files and she said "yes" and then continued to use the old dirty files on me. They do not sanitize any of their tools. I am in the industry and I was appalled by how unsanitary this place was. I will be filing a complaint to Oregon state board. Hopefully they will get a surprise inspection and clean up theirs business. And to add, I STILL tipped 20% on the services rendered and when she asked me how much I wanted to tip (out of my change) I told her the amount I wanted to rip her and then I wanted the girl that painted my daughters nails to have $4 (because hers were $20) and the lady said "ok how about $5 for her" I was like No I said I wanted to give her $4 that's 20% and I think it's fair. Then she snarked at her colleague and started speaking in Vietnamese pro am trash talking me for not tipping according to her suggestion. So, I definitely wouldn't recommend the place nor will I ever be back which is a bummer because Vinny did my nails for years and he wasn't there today so I saw a new person, and my experience was Bad enough to not want to ever go back. Even for him.

Very good I went there for acrylic nails and turned out amazing she asked if I wanted the powder dip that created a ombré effect with soft rose pink and white they are so pretty I can't stop looking at them!!!

Such an amazing salon! This was my first time at this specific salon and I was nothing but impressed and happy with the service.They are taking all precautions now that they are open post covid, extremely clean and the staff is so friendly. My friend and I made last minute appointments for acrylic manicures and pedicures. Vinny did my nails and I have to say this is one of the best acrylic sets I have ever had! If you are looking for a great place to get your nails done, I highly recommend.

I used to come here years ago but it has gotten pretty bad. The guy who gave me just a manicure barely said 2 words to me. My cushion for my hand was a VERY dirty stuffed animal, the lotion was extremely watered down and the nail drying station is one foot away from the freezing propped open door they want OPEN because the mail smell is so bad. Will not be back. Also the owner smokes cigarettes right outside then throws his butts on the ground still lit. Literally steps away from his business.

For a polish change I was asked to do my own nail color removal. WTF?

Best nail salon I've been to in awhile! I go to Vinnie, and my second time in my wife went to Rachel. They both did an amazing job! Vinnie is very detail oriented and is the only person who has made sure my natural nails don't peel away from my acrylic nails and it really makes a huge difference. He always gets the nail Shape perfect as well. Rachel did a great job as well and my wife said it was the best mani pedi she has ever had! Definitely check them out.

Had a great experience today with "V," the gal that did my nails and eyebrows. I rarely go out to get my nails done, but I wanted to treat myself and I was in the neighborhood. The place was absolutely packed- I highly suggest calling for a reservation. V did my nails and took her time, she treated me to a handpainted flower on two of my nails, way cool. The eyebrow wax was fine, painful, but fine. She was pretty focused on getting my unruly eyebrows to look symmetrical. V did a great job- probably the best my brows have looked in ages. The staff weren't overly-out of the way friendly, but they were all busy working on clients. I enjoyed treating myself here and will be back for sure!

I set an appointment and they helped me early, I came in with a few ideas and forgot to tell her the design until she already put the last coat on and she had no problem doing it after she had already finished, then I didn't like the color of one of the nails after I already left and she changed it for free! They ended up looking amazing and she was extremely nice about everything and fun to talk to! While I was there there was a girl throwing a fit because she didn't have enough money in her account and her BANK charged her an overage fee. She was there almost the whole time I was and they handled it very well the girl was terrible and I would discredit any bad review from her.

I was a bridesmaid in a wedding this past weekend and needed a pedi and a set of acrylics done last minute. I'd been here before years ago and remembered it to be a positive experience. I walked in and was helped right away. I got my pedi first and even though it was on the faster side, my feet felt and looked great! My full set was next. The lady was nice and did a good job. My nails were slightly fanned but I was able to fix that with very minimal effort. For the price, what I needed and frankly was appreciative of the quickness, I would go back :) not the best pedi or full set ice ever had, but again I'd go back :)

Tina is the absolute best. I am crazy about how my nails look and always want them to be perfect. I actually followed her from her previous salon because I refuse to go to anyone else. She knows exactly what I like and listens amazingly. I would recommend her to anyone!

WORST experience of LIFE. never go. they are very rude, the girl doing the nails was having a extreme attitude problem. i had to ask for oil on my cuticles & lotion at the end. she didnt even shape my nails.. she also slammed my money on the table and was evil spirited while counting my money, looking at me in disgust.. the other lady that does the wax came up to me and asked very rudely if i needed an acne treatment (i have only one pimple and didnt even ask for more service nor did i look happy with the service provided). i could have given them all this attitude back but thats just adding fuel to fire.. so i kept calm and turnt my back on them to fight their own demons themselves. read more

Tried this nail salon for the first time over the weekend & while I was happy they were able to fit me in last minute I was extremely disappointed in the service itself. The color selection sucked, the guy even told me half of the colors on the wall shouldn't even be looked at because of sun exposure or something along those lines. Ooook??? So maybe take them down??? The bald male (there were two men working that day) was somewhat friendly but he came off like he was rushing through the service. I base my whole experience off of the massage and he basically just dumped oil over my hands, rubbed them for 30 seconds then asked me to wash my hands - that was it. My arms weren't massaged at all. VERY disappointing. Also, I was charged $5 for their nail file/buffer kit where other places in the past have charged me only $2. Lesson learned, I won't be back. read more

I'm super picky about the shape and length and overall outcome of my nails whenever I get my nails done. But, Stacy, Vinny, Wendy and Tina have not disappoint. They meet my expectation and all I have to do is show them a picture. I like my nails simple and more on the natural side with one solid color. I am just always happy coming out of the salon after Bell Nails & Spa's service. read more

My best friend and I came here while we were having a girl day. Seems like the guy was very forgetful kept asking for first name but never once really talked to us. When it came to the prices they kept changing when they had said. Hers was accurate and then when I went to pay it was $8 more than I was told. I didn't think about it and tipped still and then I started to think about what the guy told me. $15 for manicure and then $5 more for shellac, so you would think it would be $20. But no it was $28. Not really sure why and I am not one to be upset or say something. I just won't go back. read more

Terrible service! Don't go here if you want to be respected. Vinnie, one of the lead technicians was rude about my not finding my nail color. And demanded 5 dollars extra for the 3 extra minutes it would have taken to choose the right one. You would think this is their job- guiding clients through the process with respect. I gave all benefit of the doubt and was kind to the end, I am perfectionist minded as anyone that gets their nails has a tendency for. Yet there is no respect that that is part of the process. Apparently respect has gone out there door. Well I have too and never coming back! read more

This by far is the best salon in Gresham. The people were so nice, was helped right away they even stayed open 20 minutes after closing to complete my nails (due to the fact that I was the last customer). Anyways I normally get the French Ombré style nails and tbh the salons I've been to so far in Oregon haven't met my ombré expectations. That is until I came upon Bell Nails and Spa. Hannah totally surpassed my ombré expectations the blend is very tight and clean and overall I'm just absolutely 100% satisfied with my nails. Definitely recommend read more

Back open after COVID, there was a lot of room to follow the social distancing orders and everything that I saw was great and made me comfortable with their level of sanitation. I went to Tina for the first time today and she was great! I will definitely be back when I'm in town again! read more

It was horrible. It wasn't even straight. When I told her about it, she said she worked there for 9 years. Really?! How come you are doing a horrible job? This is the most horrible experience I have had! Please avoid this place when there are tons of other salon near by. There's no service and no skill. Do not waste your money!!! read more

This place is inconsistent. First nail tech I had (young guy) was so good! Second time I had an older gentleman with long hair. He was so really rough, cut corners, and super rude. I was so uncomfortable with him I got out as fast as I could. Literally didn't finish the manicure because it was such a bad experience. I will not be returning and that's a bummer because it's so close, oh well- there's 100 other nail salons around. read more

This nail salon is so wonderful! Vinny and Stace do such a great job with acrylics and everyone is so friendly. During this Covid time I felt especially safe and comfortable coming here! They take every precaution necessary. I was the last customer in the salon and really appreciate how thorough they cleaned and disinfected. I am new to this salon, however, my favorite nail tech started working here after leaving a different salon in Vancouver. They do a beautiful job on my nails, but every time I go I feel disrespected. I dont even know the name of the people that have done my nails. The whole time I was getting my nails done they were sighing and shaking their heads and talking to eachother in a different language. The last time I went will be the last. Although my nails are beautiful every time, they treat me awful and it pains me to tip everything but I do because the art is amazing. I got a fill this weekend and the same night, my nail broke off. When I went back the next morning, he didn't even remember me and he tried to blame it on me. I will find a new salon that I feel deserves my money. read more

My favorite place for waxing! Reasonable pricing and quality service, I was always impressed by the wonder that they can do to my unmanageable eyebrows. It is relatively cheaper than a lot of other salons. I have only gotten waxing service from this place, so I can't speak for the nail services and what not. But my experiences have always been great. Staff members are friendly and are happy to do what I ask - though they have pretty great suggestions as well. read more

Went there with a friend on Friday afternoon. We waited for 20 minutes for a mani/pedi. We were both asked by the nail techs about a special treatment to help dry feet. I declined, but she pushed it again, saying it would really help my feet. I said ok and she slapped sugar scrub on my legs for 3 minutes and washed it off. That cost $7 extra! While using a cheese grater to "exfoliate" my feet, the tech grated my ankle, making it bleed and she said, and did, nothing. The leg massage was short and startled me. When I got my manicure, my nails were done so fast, the polish has bubbles. My friend and I were done with both the mani and the pedi in less than 45 minutes. We waited under the UV drying light for 20 minutes and no one seemed to care. Never going back there! read more

I absolutely love this salon! Vinnie and Stay-C always make me feel welcome! I can bring in a picture of a nail design I want to copy and they will do it spot on. I came here for a new full set for my wedding. I wanted to keep it classy and just go with regular French tip nails instead of my usual colorful glitter nails but Vinnie suggested for my wedding theme I go with glitter white powder tips. I specifically requested an individual for my builder gel set, turns out she doesn't do this. I was not notified ahead of time, otherwise I would have made different arrangements. The pedicure was ok but they did a horrible job shaping my nails. I just did one color, no designs. Let me just say, they do NOT do builder gel here. They kept trying to push dip on me which I do not like as it comes out thicker and doesn't adhere to my nails properly. I had previously had a builder gel set on but I needed it redone as I had paint stains between my nail and the builder. They removed it then put clear "builder" on. This was just gel shellac. I got clear, no designs or anything crazy. They did not offer any additional colors for the builder. My mani/pedi came out to $140 My friend did a mani with "builder" as well as designs on multiple nails and a single color pedi, hers came out to $120. Tell me how the heck does that work?! Pricing is very inconsistent. The next day one of my nails broke! I have never had this happen before with a builder set. And today, a week later, there's already lifting of my nails. 4 days after my friend had her nails off the "builder" gel peeled off! They offered to redo our nails but refused a refund. I'm so upset by this whole experience I don't even want to return for the redo. Do not waste your money or time here.

Bell Nails & Spa is the only nail place I'll go too! I have been coming here every month for over a year and will continue to come! Vinnie always does my nails and I'm never disappointed! Sometimes I don't even have anything in mind and he'll just do something creative. Stacy is my go to wax person also! She's amazing and very friendly. I used to only get my nails done everyone once in awhile until I found Bell Nails and Spa! Vinnie does amazing work so I always come back monthly! I can find any picture on Pinterest or Instagram and show him and my nails always come out better than the original picture! Stacy is amazing also! The only nail salon I go to!! Vinny and Stacy are my go-to's but I've had nails and pedicures done by pretty much everyone that works there and all of them are amazing!! I've always gone from salon to salon trying to find just the right one and I'm so glad I came here. They can do just about any design or style.
