I don't recommend Dr Henry, she doesn't take responsibility for her own mistakes instead she blames the patients. Couple years ago I had a procedure (breast implants) with her. After that a nightmare started. I decided to put big implants, I'm not a big woman, I'm healthy and I didn't have any problems with my prior surgeries in the past. But she never told me if I was a candidate to use big implants. After surgery a week later the incision opened on the left breast, until the breast implant was exposed, I had another surgery to put a new one and the same thing happened. After that I was with out implant like 6 months. Later she did the surgery again, couple weeks later the incision opened again, I came back to her office and she put stitches. There were several times that I came back and she put stitches. So, one day I saw a black spot I called her and sent to her a picture, but I saw her the same day when I noticed that black spot and she never told me until I got home I noticed it. Next day I had again surgery she put more big stitches. Later when a saw my left breast it was like square and almost in my belly, horrible, I asked her why my left breast looked like that very ugly and she said with no concerns: "ooh that's normal with the bra it is gonna look ok." A few days later the incision started opening again and i saw like yellow liquid coming out from the incision I got scared and I called her and I told her I want to remove the implant ( because she told me to wait one week more to wait the incision heal) but I didn't believed it because it was getting worse, so I talked to father in law who is a Doctor and he recommended to remove the implant immediately so my in laws came with me to Dr Henry's office, no others Henry's patients were there ( Henry wouldn't like her future patients see the horrible situation) she was very upset and very touchy, my father in law asked her a question very respectful as a professional and she became very angry blaming me for everything. ( I clarify I Followed very carefully all the post op instructions, also I always had help, family, friends and my husband, even I didn't move my arms for months as a result I got my shoulder frozen very painful and I had to take physical therapy, also for 7 months I use to take antibiotics prescribed for Henry, and I got problems in my stomach) she was like crazy and my father in law didn't understand why she acted like that and finally she kicked out my in laws from her office when my mother in law is disabled. I was in the surgery room and she put me local anesthesia and while she was removing the implant she was telling me bad and gross things about my in laws and I couldn't say anything because my life was in her hands I just wanted to cry. When she finished I went home with my laws waiting for me outside, I was very sad, angry with a lot pain. My only fault is not looking for another opinion with another Surgeon, I trusted of Henry. She only blamed me for her own mistakes. Fortunately I found a very nice and professional Surgeon that helped me, because Henry left me with huge and painful scars, and I had to fix my scars and get treatment for my frozen shoulders and my stomach problems. She is a weird woman zero professional. If you are thinking to get any procedure put your health first it is more important. Research many Surgeons different opinions, look for patients testimonials and experiences, and make a good decision. In my experience Dr Henry is unprofessional and not a good Dr. No ethics, she doesn't care of her patients health. read more

I am almost a year post op from the rhinoplasty surgery I had with Dr. Kimberly Henry and now that the swelling is gone and I can see the final results, I can confidently say that I have joined the "Botched Surgery by Dr. Kimberly Henry" club. From the sloppy way she performed the surgery, I now have a lop sided nose (see photos). There is a lump on the side, a hard pea sized bump at the tip (which isn't even centered, it's off to the side which makes it look even worse), and the terrible "Stair-Step" type incision she made has it looking longer at the end of my nose on one side - which she told me she could try to fix by restitching it after I am one year post op. No thanks, I'll never let her touch me again! My nose looks so much worse than before I had surgery at all. What I wanted to have done was so minor, I wish I would have left it alone. Sure, I didn't love my nose before surgery, but it looks SO ridiculously absurd and wonky now that I cannot possibly leave it like this. It's incredibly embarrassing. I didn't even want to post photos here in my review, but I believe that anyone thinking of hiring her for cosmetic surgery deserves to know what they might be getting into. I wish I had read all of these negative Yelp reviews beforehand. There are so many! It's unbelievable how many botched surgeries she has done and she keeps on going. How can she have a clear conscience? WOW. Another person's experience as detailed in her Yelp review seems that she has the exact same areas messed up on her nose as I do! Same as with her, Dr. Henry also told me she did a septoplasty when I woke up from surgery (excuse me? I didn't ask for that) AND she scooped out so much tissue that it made my nose cave in on the bridge! I have so much scar tissue inside my nose, it's harder to breathe now than with whatever deviated septum issue she thought I had. How can she make the same mistakes over and over and not learn from them?! It's unconscionable. Her website claims she is an expert surgeon, but truthfully she's not very skillful. Of course she wouldn't post photos of all the bad jobs she's done. Also, she takes photos soon after surgery when people are still swollen and their final result isn't evident yet. In hindsight, there were lots of red flags I should have paid attention to. If you're reading this before getting your surgery done by her, keep saving up your money for an expert with 4 or 5 star Yelp reviews. Dr. Henry's prices are low, but you'll end up paying for the same surgery twice and you'll actually pay even more for a revision surgery. Does that sound like a good deal? If you're reading this after getting your surgery done by her because you're wondering if she's botched others as much as you, the answer sadly is YES. You're in the club - and it's not pretty here. There are so many of us, we should start a support group for victims of her botched surgeries. I would view any recent 5 star reviews she has with a healthy dose of skepticism. I do not believe they are all legitimate reviews; my guess is they have been paid for. With a discerning eye, you can tell when they are fake reviews. Dr. Henry and her staff better become aware that these questionably fake 5 star reviews can be reported, investigated, and the Federal Trade Commission may impose hefty fines for deceptive practices like this. Maybe it's just time for her to consider retirement. read more

I have considered plastic surgery several times in my life and have spoken to quite a few Plastic Surgeons. Dr. Henry is extremely thorough and from what I learned she goes above and beyond for her patients in terms of pre operative care. She explained the process for her surgical patients and I was very impressed at her attention to detail and her overwhelming concern for my health and well being. Her pre operative plan is one that I had never heard before. I have had consultations before and have never been felt so informed and assured that my health and well being were the primary concern. I asked Dr. Henry what she would suggest that was non surgical she examined my features carefully and came up with a plan that included botox, restylane, and fat transfer. I chose to go with the non surgical plan. As stated previously, I have had injections before - without a doubt this was THE most painless experience I have ever had. I have full lips which I consider to be one of my best features but always wished they were a bit more defined. In my previous experiences not only were my lip injections extremely painful but I looked like a platypus for about a week after! WOW. Not only did it did it not hurt (amazing) but my lips look ed instantly beautiful and four weeks later still do - it was exactly what I have ALWAYS wanted. I am soooo happy with my result. When she did my botox I barely flinched. It was funny because I have had topical gels applied and they never really do anything so I kind laugh to myself when they are applied. Whatever topical she uses and her skill made the experience - painless as compared to previous experiences. Lastly, we scheduled the fat injection for a later date. A few days after my injections I returned to Dr. Henry's surgical suite. I had had an irregularity from liposuction that a previous surgeon had performed. I had been pleased with my result but there was a small divot. Dr. Henry not only corrected my previous lipo but she actually prescribed and executed a facial rejuvenation plan for me that was non surgical with very little down time. Fat transfer had never been presented to me and while she offered a few options I am so very happy that I went with the one she thought best for me. The experience in her surgery suite was professional and her team was in sync with her in a way that made me feel trust and confidence. I definitely will have a face lift someday and when I do my preference will be Dr. Kimberly Henry. She was honest, direct, confident and reassuring - my impression was that she really cared for me as a woman. This is the kind of Plastic Surgeon I have looked forward to meeting. read more

I had a breast augmentation done and could not be happier with my results. Dr Kimberly Henry is such a sweetheart and she really listens to what your goals are and what look you're going for. I showed her photos of what I was hoping for and guess what? I got JUST THAT. Her Greenbrae office is GORGEOUS! Completely warm and cozy, I felt so comfortable. There, I was introduced to my nurse Doug.. and oh my goodness he was just amazing! I can not say enough amazing things about Doug. Made me feel like he's known me for years and just completely took care of me and made me feel so at home. I told him I was having really bad anxiety and how nervous I was and he took such great care of me. After the procedure, that night I got a call from Doug to check up on me and then another call the next day from Dr Henry making sure I was okay - which I thought was super sweet that they took the time to do that. They had also sent me home with a gorgeous bouquet of flowers and a care package bag. A week after my surgery I went for my post op, where Dr Kim took off my bandages and my result almost made me cry haha! I was so incredibly happy.. She completely listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly the look I was hoping for. Prior to surgery, my left breast was much bigger than my right and she was able to make them completely symmetrical. I currently have silicone 550cc in my left and 600cc in my right. I healed after just a few days, its just the first 2 days that were somewhat painful but I slept most the day and the meds help a lot anyways. I was back to work 4 days later! I truly recommend this doctor to anyone who is looking for a breast augmentation. Once I met Dr Kimberly, I knew she was the right doctor for me. I did not go to any other consultations with other doctors, she was my first and my last. My entire experience was amazing and I am beyond happy with my results!!! I had been wanting to have a tummy tuck and/or liposculpture for quite a while, but was too nervous and unsure of whether I deserved it. When I finally made the decision to have it done, I chose Dr. Kimberly Henry, a decision that I certainly do not regret! From my first visit at the office, to procedure day, to the follow up consultations, the experience has been wonderful! The relaxing atmosphere of the office is very calming, with its soft lighting, beautiful floral arrangements, and inviting furniture. All of this, combined with the professional, yet friendly reception staff helped me to settle my jittery nerves as a feeling of comfort came over me when I entered the room. The albums of thank you cards from past patients are also a wonderful tribute to Dr. Henry and her staff. Dr. Henry's nursing staff were incredible! They were extremely pleasant and knowledgeable, explaining the pre- and post-op instructions, and the different medications that I would be using. They explained all of this in a way that I understood clearly, and I felt confident going into the procedure that I would be well looked after. So many wonderful things to say that I don't know where to start... I recently had breast augmentation surgery by Dr. Henry. This is something I have wanted for many years so I have been careful in my search. Finally, after much research and a personal reference from another patient I discovered Dr. Henry. Things were off to a good start at my first consult appointment as the office and staff were very kind and welcoming. I had many questions and concerns to talk to the Dr. about and she was willing and ready to answer any and all. She made me feel so comfortable and help me decide what would be best for ME. I also felt that a plus of Dr. Henry was the fact that she is a woman in a primarily male dominated field. I left feeling confident this was my Doctor! From that time up until my surgery and can't say how impressed I was with the treatment I received. I was set up with all my prescriptions for after surgery(so great so that I wouldn't have to bother with anything after) and the staff was so great if I ever had any questions. Once the big day arrived I was nervous to say the least but once I arrived, I felt instantly at ease with the treatment from the warm staff and the Dr. herself. My surgery turned out great! My biggest concern, apart from what my results would be, was the recovery process. I am happy to report that it was much better then I even expected. Recently I have been seeing the doctor weekly and I could not be happier with my results!! She did an amazing job and really just created exactly what my "vision" was. I feel that I received top notch treatment and would put my trust in her 100 times over. Dr. Henry truly has a gift and is an artist. I don't usually write on websites of my opinions, but I am compelled to write of my extradinarily positive transformation that Dr Henry has done for me. I went to several surgeons for consults for what I wanted which was a brow/eye lift and neck/face lift. Big stuff and so important to be well done. I am a hairstylist and over the years have seen the bold and the beautiful, the good, the bad and the ugly....and taking names....of the docs. More often than not, Dr Henry's work was always stellar and exactly what the person wanted. She happened to be my last appointment quite by chance. I had chosen 2 very qualified docs who were running neck and neck until I met Dr Henry who easily broke the tie to be my #1 choice and she left the other skilled docs in the dust. I was immediately comfortable with her and her wonderful staff. I made my decision before I left her office on my first visit. The minute she walked into the room she "saw"me. Really "saw" me. I don't know if it was because we are both female or what. I wasn't 'just another procedure' to her. I was an aging woman with feelings. She really listened to me and what I was looking for which was a natural look. I wanted to look like me (only better) and not a crazy-done Hollywood Housewife. Not only do I look like me (20 years younger!!!) but my close friends and acquaintances notice how great I look. Comments like "wow, you've lost weight" (yeah baby!) & "you look rested....yoga?" My Chicago friends say "California must really agree with you" and best comment from a male client "you look beautiful!" All good stuff said and only 8 weeks after procedures. If anyone asks or wants to know-I tell them YES!- And it has to be Dr Henry. See other docs for consults to satisfy yourself than seriously consider her as she wins "Best Plastic Surgeon" over and over for obvious reasons. I recently went in to have my nose straightened. I had had a nose job about 18 years ago to remove a bump which turned out well but it left me with a very crooked nose and it also left me with a quite sharp-looking appearance to my face. I had that surgeon attempt to straighten my nose w/ a second surgery. It did not work. So for the past almost 20 yrs. I had been walking around w/ a very crooked nose. I decided to consult w/ another doctor but was quite nervous b/c I didn't want it to end up looking like Michael Jackson's nose as this would be my third nose surgery. I'm almost 4 wks post op and my nose is straight! Looks beautiful and really softens my appearance. I'm very pleased with her work. Also, after having two children and working out but not able to get rid of my belly , I decided to have lipo to my mid-section. It turned out wonderful! I can't believe how happy I am now with my body now! I was so pleased w/ these two procedures, I actually went in again only one week later and had breast implants done. Dr. Henry was amazing. I was very nervous and didn't want to end up looking like a porn star. I wanted my breasts to look natural. After breastfeeding both my children, they had turned into "flapjacks" and just weren't very pretty. I had always felt like I liked my breasts before children and really liked the size when I was engorged w/ milk. I explained all of this to Dr. Henry and she completely understood. When I woke up and checked my chest, I was amazed at how natural they look. I showed my BF yesterday and she said "Wow - this must be her specialty!" I am absolutely pleased with my breast augmentation that Dr. Kimberly Henry performed earlier this year. I was born with a congenital breast deformity called tuberous breast. I never thought it possible that someone would be able to correct what Nature withheld from me. My tuberous breast were most severe, too. I had nothing but little pointy triangles for breasts. Both my mother and I agreed that I needed to find the best plastic surgeon around. Together we did our research and decided on Dr. Henry. She miraculously created beautifully shaped breast for me using saline implants. This year when it was time to change out my implants, I came right back to Dr. Henry. This time I opted for silicon implants and went bigger. Now for someone who had barely, barely any breast tissue to begin with, Dr. Henry skillfully brought me up to a D cup. And they are soft! Appearance wise, they are to die for. Just perfect, couldn't get any better! Considering my breasts were originally a cosmetic deformity, I don't think very many plastic surgeons could have done as good of a job as she did. Dr. Henry is the best or I would not have gone to her. Having been born with tuberous breast wasn't so bad after all, or I would never had the pleasure of Dr. Henry making me this beautiful. Dr. Kimberly Henry is THE MOST WONDERFUL surgeon a person could wish to have. I have experienced multiple procedures with her, including revision (not at her fault), and would highly recommend her over any other surgeon I have met. She provides endless devotion to client satisfaction, has excellent taste and skill, and is there when you need her. She genuinely cares for her patients and has seen me all the way through my healing process since I stepped into her office a year ago. She has looked after the appearance of my fading scars as well. I completely knew what I was getting into because I was well informed by the surgery coordinator when making my decision, and the value of her extended care after the procedure is extremely generous. Knowing what I know today, I would make the same choices upon walking into her office. I feel a thousand times more comfortable both in relation to my appearance and to physical pain I was experiencing before surgery. -- I met a good handful of surgeons over a decade before I selected Dr. Henry's service. The facility is very relaxing place and everyone who works there is a pleasure to see, is highly professional, and informative when you have questions. BEWARE! Do not trust this office. I had a nightmare of an experience and instead of this place helping they literally made things way worse and I even got laughed at, at one point. The lady Jennifer  in the office was very rude and fake. She never took my issues seriously. I had a breast aug/maxoplexy and had major problems. First of all, I noticed discharge coming from one of my incisions so I immediately called the office, this was a thurs, they told me not to worry and to come on that following Tuesday. The next day I woke up in extreme pain to the point where I could hardly move, I had a high fever, chills, and was vomiting from the pain. I went in first thing that Monday morning and Dr Henry took the implant out, cleaned the inside, then put the implant back in-big mistake according to many other surgeons I have gone to since then. After a few months of waiting for my incision to heal, it wouldn't heal and close, she told me to take it out for 6 months and replace it. After all of that they still charged me full price PLUS more because of the problems that THEY caused. Not only that, my scars were horrible and uneven. I did not go back for my reconstructive surgery instead I choose a different surgeon who did an awesome job and corrected my scars. Reviews are everything and I have now learned my lesson. read more

Dr. Kimberly Henry, MD, is a very beautiful passionate lady, that is courteous and works diligently with anyone she consults with for whichever service they are inquiring about. The office is a warm feeling and immediately the staff welcomes you with the warmest words. I had my first Breast Augmentation 8 yrs ago with Dr. Henry and I just received my second one just recently. I can honestly say not for one minute did I EVER think to get other consultations from any other Plastic Surgeons. Dr. Henry keeps up with the trend of today's plastic surgery. The healing process she has you follow is amazing and I can honestly say by the fourth day I had just soreness which would be on a pain skill of 4, which would be from a scale of 1-10. She gives a personal phone call to follow up in the evening with you which is the same day of the procedure as well as her OR Nurse checks up on you as well and gives a phone number if there is any further help we needed during the night. I felt comfort with the OR staff as well as the office staff... All are AWESOME. I would rate her 5 stars x's 100! My husband and I thank you Dr. Henry as well as your staff! I have been a long time patient of Dr. Kimberly Henry's, and love the work she has done on ME and TWO of my daughters. I started seeing her about 15 years ago when I felt my drooping eyes needed to be fixed. She did the surgery on me and it took at least 15 years off of my face. I was truly heart broken to find out my Medicaid wouldn't cover the operation but Dr. Henry's price for my procedure felt minimal compared to the results I would achieve. Then I came back about 5 years ago to have my neck and jowls worked on. I did not know if she would remember me...but she did! She even had my pictures in her photo album for the other patients to see. I love that I can help make a difference to other people. Having my pictures there feels like an honor. I am proud of how I look now. I look awake! I think that Dr. Henry is a master at her craft. I always let her know too when I come to my follow up visits. I think I am ready for the breast lift I have been dreaming about since my girls were born in '74. The happy ratings about Dr. Kimberly Henry are always very short. I had a really bad experience with my rhinoplasty. My nose is crooked and looks deformed to the point where I need to have a revision to feel and look ok again. I have images throughout the entire healing process showing this, it is crooked and misshaped clear as day. She insisted to me from the beginning that is is just swollen however this was 2 years ago and with the swelling gone it has only worsened. I did show her in person and she suggested putting an implant in the part that is hollow and deformed - however I would rather never step foot in her OR again because I strongly feel like I dont trust she can fix this issue if she is the one who created it. It is not just aesthetic issues but major functional and structural issues that interfere with my daily life. I cannot breathe ok at all. I am beyond distraught and cannot believe such damages can happen to someone. Im happy to send photos to anyone to share my experience. I did a face plant on a sidewalk fire hydrant getting off the ferry, and will always be thankful that Dr. Henry was the Plastic Surgeon on duty when I arrived at the Emergency Room with my mouth and upper lip cut open through the entire face. Calm and efficient, as I would have expected, she was just brilliant with the stitches that eventually ran from the side of my nose down through my lip, closing my face up as well as my lip, I'm 65 and my skin is thinning, so it was delicate work. But she was very reassuring and talked easily about what she was doing as she sewed up my face. At every follow-up appointment, she gave me time to ask my questions, showed me the incremental closing of the wound by taking photos at each visit and reviewing them with me, and encouraged me to "give it time." It's now 6 months out, and I have a barely visible tiny pink line that continues to fade, as she predicted. I have complete confidence in her, and was happy to discover on returning home from the ER that she is well-regarded by her peers. I was lucky she was on call and I know it. read more

Dr. Henry performed a full tummy-tuck on me in 2007. This was my first and only experience with plastic surgery. Her professionalism, office staff, and even office ambiance, show immediately her love and devotion of what she does. Her sincerety puts you at ease right away. This surgery has raised my self esteem so much, and now I even enjoy shopping for clothes again. Since having this surgery transform my shape, I now receive compliments almost daily on how nice I look. Being a woman in my 50's, this wasn't happening before. I checked out other surgeons before selecting Dr. Henry, but during the consultation I knew immediately that she was who I wanted to perform the tummy tuck. I'm now considering having eyelid surgery and she's the only one I would trust with such, what I consider to be, a very delicate and precise procedure--those are my eyes! Let me start by saying I hated the way I looked before I came to see Dr. Henry. I went to see her about removing a mass or two of scar tissue from my ears which was caused by piercing. I felt unpretty. Kinda like Mrs. Potato-head. Over all it sucked. Dr. Henry not only took on such a crazy challenge but she was insightful, helpful, nuturing, and most important she showed that my concerns mattered to her as a professional. Before coming to see her I had just lost 45lbs and wanted to cut my hair off but wouldn't because my ears were the definition of a tragic story. Within a few visits and and a bit of patience I now can say I feel just as beautiful as any young 25yr old woman should feel. When you walk in the doors of Dr. Henry's office, you immediately feel at ease. Pamela, greeted me and instantly she made me feel comfortable. She was soft spoken and very kind. I saw Dr. Henry within minutes and like always, she is nothing short of patient, loving and warm-hearted. It was great seeing her again. A few years ago, I got breast implants by her and was so pleased with my results I knew she was the only plastic surgeon I could trust. Because, she is a women, she knows how to provide a natural look. Today, I received fillers for a scar on my face. Already, my insecurities are being replaced with confidence. Fact is, Dr. Henry is the best of the best. Lastly, when I was leaving, Leah, a consultant pulled me into her office and graciously checked on me to make sure I was satisfied with my visit.
