They have a very efficient scheduling system via phone call and text reminders (of note, please make sure to not cancel within 48 hours - they say there's a cancellation fee but I haven't cancelled so soon before an appt before). Their office is so conveniently located in Westwood -- I always take time off and stroll from UCLA Reagan during the afternoons to make my dentist appointments. His office is so clean (doesn't have that traditional dentist smell!) & there's a calming big screen TV with calming music and a scenic montage in the background).
