My husband and I stopped in with our 9 month old while traveling for the holidays. Since we don't come across Korean food often, I must say, everything was fantastic!! The owner also was so sweet to our daughter and gave her a portion of food and dessert! The stir fried kimchi pork and tofu dish was amazing with great portions! This quaint little restaurant is tucked away on the outskirts of town, but is a great stop (especially for a date night). It is a bit out of the way of the main strip of restaurants, but with its recent opening during COVID, I'm sure it needs every bit of business it can get. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We ordered the kimchi pancakes, which are a MUST TRY! They were very flavorful! I recommend the tofu stew with beef. It was very filling and delicious. The meal melted in my mouth. The entrees came with rice and 5 sides (which the staff gladly refilled a couple of times). We went on a Tuesday evening, thus were the only people there. A sweet lady (who I assume is the chef) came out to check on us and ask how our meal tasted. She even offered to refill our sides. I would 10/10 recommend this restaurant! This restaurant's price is higher comparing to any Korean restaurants.The portion of the food is like 1/3 of the serving. I have been eating Korean food for over 20 years and I have never seen such a high price with such little serving. The food is average and not special in particular. read more

Very quiet little spot that needs more business! Food was very good, nice atmosphere and sweet staff. I had a bowl of mild chicken ramen; husband had very spicy kimchi stew. The staff were overwhelmed. There was only one young lady bussing tables, taking orders and running the register. The food was decent, not the greatest Korean I've had. They forgot items from the menu and due to the time from order to getting our food, I didn't want to cause a scene. Maybe they will be better next time. This was a delish little hole in the wall! We had a few different items; steamed dumpling, kimbab, pork bulgogi, and chicken bulgogi. The steam dumpling had an awesome filling but we are partial to yaki man du but still tasty! We both preferred the spicy chicken bulgogi over the pork but all food was delicious and we will definitely be back! read more

First time here and SUPER impressed. Had the dumplings and seaweed roll for apps. Then we had bulgogi bibimbap and pork galbi. All of them were excellent. We found Kimchi Factory from a Yelp review and thought we'd try it out. What a great experience it turned out to be. Miyang, the owner is one of the sweetest people you'll meet. Right now she's doing it all because of the challenge to find help but we weren't in a hurry and there wasn't a crowd so we didn't really have to wait. She answered our questions about the food and how to best enjoy it with the kimchi and bean sprouts. The food was great. We had dumplings, chicken bulgogi and the house fried rice (chicken, beef, shrimp) and the seaweed soup. It was all delicious. We had a great time talking with Miyang while checking out. We can't recommend this place enough and wish we were locals. We will be back whenever we're in Macon. Do yourself a favor and make Kimchi Factory one of your frequent spots. Help a local authentic establishment get some traction in a crazy economy and bless a woman with a huge heart and a big vision. read more

Had the Beef Bulgogi, it came with seaweed soup, rice and side dishes, kimchi, cucumber kimchi, bean sprouts, and mixed vegetables. It was really good and tasty. I also had the kimbap no crab meat or fish. And that was really good. I really recommend this place if you're looking for good eats and Korean food. read more

Great food, great service, and such an amicable owner. Me and my family were on a road trip back from FL near closing time with a packed store. The owner made sure we were fed and showed her sincere hospitality towards me and my family. The food tasted even better as we didn't have Korean food for the past few days.
