I had a stubborn stain and he gave solid honest advice. Prices are reasonable as is the turn around time. I took two Jackets buttons of which were loose on one that I did not know and were fixed without Cost. The other he was not happy with and asked to keep it longer. She was trying to argue that it was written on the receipt. Then I showed her the original receipt I had and it did not have the drawing or the written indication of sleeve. - they added the incorrect details and didn't call me to confirm - the lady didn't want to own up to their error and lied to my face that I agreed to what was written on the receipt - when realizing it was their error and I told her to admit to the error, her response was "whatever" Beware of the terrible service!

Their prices are very high, and they upcharge designer items simply because they are designer items - which they claim is necessary because of the "special care" required. They charged me $47.50 to dry clean a Versace silk sweater but the label simply said "dry clean only." No special methods, no extravagant fabric, no special trim. 2. They have ruined several pieces: two wool sweaters were shrunk beyond wear, and they recently managed to unstitch the crew neckline of a cotton sweater, which I can no longer wear. 3. I gave them a wool zip-front sweater with leather zipper tabs and when I went to pick it up, both leather tabs were missing. It took one month for them to replace the tabs and get it back to me. 4. Their cleaning is hit or miss. I have sent back simple cotton tops with simple stains that they marked unable to clean and - miraculously! - they were able to get the stain out the second time. 5. Their pricing is hit or miss. When I questioned a price, they would double check and suddenly realize they overcharged me. This happened at least 5 times. I sent an email explaining why they lost my business a few weeks ago and did not get a response. They clearly don't care about their customers or their business. I gave them one star because they do offer a member discount.

I vintage dress I wanted the arm holes made larger. Again, she marked these with pins. I dropped these off in the middle of May. I am just picking them up today. After multiple attempts to pick them up twice, nothing had been done to either garment even though they said they were done. Today I picked up my vintage dress where I only wanted the sleeves made larger. The dress is now ruined. Because they shortened the straps and made the arm holes larger so now the front of the dress fits incorrectly. Multiple times I had to go back to try to get my garments fixed. Each time the woman would laugh, giggle and make no attempt to make this right. Each alteration was $53. I felt this was high, but I had always heard. They did great work and it would be worth it. Each time I went in I told them how disappointed I was and how frustrated I was because I missed wearing the dress to one function and now I can't use it at all. There's no offer for a refund or an expedited service. I will never use this company again. The woman who helped me was so nice in the beginning and I felt very comfortable dropping my items off. The minute thing started to go wrong. The customer service was gone. Sina wasted $106 and can only use one of the items.

Her work is so amazingly seamless you couldn't even tell that it was altered, and the fabric was definitely not easy to work with. She even saved the extra beading and sewed the cleavage of the dress in while leaving the excess fabric intact in case I wanted to make it bigger again in the future.
