Here is my experience to help others seeking help with alterations. I reached out to Mei. She returned my call promptly. I inquired regarding 4 garments I needed altered. We promptly made an in person appt. I was in and out of there within 20 mins. We agreed upon a week turnaround. Yet, Mei contacted me a few days later saying the job was done early and ready for pickup. I could not be happier with her work. They look amazing. We took my daughter's prom dress to be altered and knew we had only a week turnaround time due to a spring break trip. Mei Ling was very nice and welcoming. She said it was good we came before the prom season rush of people. We dropped the dress on Friday afternoon about 3:45 pm and she had it done by 11:00 am on Sunday! I found this tailor while searching desperately for a tailor to take in my prom dress last minute. I called and was able to come in the same day. All other alteration places I called said it would take two weeks. Mei Ling was kind and communicative, and most importantly, had my dress finished the very next day and right in time for prom!
