I vintage dress I wanted the arm holes made larger. Again, she marked these with pins. I dropped these off in the middle of May. I am just picking them up today. After multiple attempts to pick them up twice, nothing had been done to either garment even though they said they were done. Today I picked up my vintage dress where I only wanted the sleeves made larger. The dress is now ruined. Because they shortened the straps and made the arm holes larger so now the front of the dress fits incorrectly. Multiple times I had to go back to try to get my garments fixed. Each time the woman would laugh, giggle and make no attempt to make this right. Each alteration was $53. I felt this was high, but I had always heard. They did great work and it would be worth it. Each time I went in I told them how disappointed I was and how frustrated I was because I missed wearing the dress to one function and now I can't use it at all. There's no offer for a refund or an expedited service. I will never use this company again. The woman who helped me was so nice in the beginning and I felt very comfortable dropping my items off. The minute thing started to go wrong. The customer service was gone. Sina wasted $106 and can only use one of the items.

For pickup they said they'd come around 5 so I stuck around waiting for a while, but they showed up an hour later. I know they said they'd can drop-off and pick up without anyone being home but I'd prefer not to leave my clothes outside. I totally understand that things happen but considering the price I paid for the service, I was hoping that the pick-up and delivery would be smoother. Update: After checking the clothes I am extremely disappointed, some of my clothes came back with stains that weren't there before and I am also missing some items. She added an intricate bustle that contoured nicely, and added support to the bust of the dress so that it held up on its own when I chose to ditch the sleeves for the reception. Being small chested I've never had a dress hold up so securely - even through an entire night of dancing! And even though the dress was so durable, it was also still comfortable throughout the day. Today's visit, I had a zipper changed on my son's jacket and I had the hem of one of my dresses Fixed because it came undone in the wash. The clothes were ready for pick up faster than the original estimated date for pick up, so that was nice although I wasn't able to pick it up for a few days after the text message was received saying that the clothes were ready for me. The service is always very friendly and easy to talk to about what alterations I had in my head and what alterations they are able to do. Today both alterations cost $20 each and that's pretty average for the type of work requested in this area.

She was trying to argue that it was written on the receipt. Then I showed her the original receipt I had and it did not have the drawing or the written indication of sleeve. - they added the incorrect details and didn't call me to confirm - the lady didn't want to own up to their error and lied to my face that I agreed to what was written on the receipt - when realizing it was their error and I told her to admit to the error, her response was "whatever" Beware of the terrible service!
