I called two companies requesting for quotes, and their quote was slightly cheaper, especially because they had a $50 for $70 of service yelp coupon (essentially $20 off). I was impressed by their professionalism and their service speed (everything was done in under an hour). I do have one suggestion for the business. They gave me a 4 hour block estimate of when they would be arriving, which could be an inconvience for some people who are leaving their car at work and need to go home within that time block. Although this wouldnt solve the problem, texts to update us with a more exact time as they are approaching closer to the time would be helpful to help us with planning out our day. Overall, I received great service and will definitely consider this company again for my future auto glass needs.

Sadly, my car was vandalized and I wanted to get my busted window fixed ASAP. I called around to…read moreseveral auto glass repair shops and their prices weren't making me feel warm and fuzzy. Finally my fiance suggested I give Smith's a call and request a quick over the phone quote. A wonderful gentleman by the name of Fred gave me a great price (half of what others quoted), answered my several frazzled questions and numerous calls..all with a friendly and helpful demeanor. They had my window in stock and was able to book me a same day appointment. I arrived at 1:30pm and they were able to get my car in the shop within 10 minutes and thank God because torrential downpour began shortly after I arrived. He said it would take about an hour and a half to fix my car and his estimate was spot on. Now the waiting room isn't too fancy but it works and there is free Wi-Fi. Luckily Orange is the New Black just started, so I was well occupied for the entire wait time. There is also a strip of plugs for phone charging. Overall the experience was pleasant and I am very grateful that they were able to make a frustrating experience as painless as possible. Recommend this place to all!

UPDATE 7/18/2025:…read more Unfortunately, I have to downgrade my review. Last week my window failed to roll all the way up. I got it home and tried to roll it down to roll it all the way and....no dice. Since then I've been trying to contact Safelite to come out and fix the issue. It's only been three months since they replaced my driver's side window, and they have a warranty. But you can't follow through with the warranty if you are unable to reach them. I started by 'chatting' with a representative on their website. She referred me to customer service. I found a page on their website to put my information in to follow up on a warranty, but my information was not recognized. So, after receiving the error message listing a number to call, I did in fact call the number. I went through a series of prompts but was relieved that I would finally be able to speak with somebody. NOPE. After about 5 prompts I was directed back to the website, and then it hung up. Wow. I found the phone number on my phone of when I was contacted by Safelite and called THAT number. I could not leave a message because there was no voicemailset up. Wow, again. At this point I'm not getting a warm fuzzy about their customer service. So, deal with them at your own risk. I'm going to keep trying to contact SOMEBODY in the Safelite chain and I'll update accordingly.

this company is a scam!! don't use them! i had a small chip in my windshield the size of a pea, so…read morei decided to get it fixed from safelite. these goons showed up and bashed a huge crack into the windshield, charged me $200 and left. i called customer service for help and they said the only thing they can do is charge me another $350 for a replacement windshield. why would i trust them with replacement when they couldn't handle a minor repair?? i asked for my money back and they got a lawyer on the phone to tell me to go f myself. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!! i woulda been better off leaving the chip in my windshield or using any other company!!
