The front desk ignored me when I walked in, though one was training the other, so I let it slide. What I couldn't let slide was what came next. I went in knowing I needed X-rays. The doctor confirmed as much -- then casually mentioned their machine was down. That's information that should have been shared before I drove over, checked in, and paid a visit fee for a problem that went completely unaddressed. I was also steered toward shoe inserts that a second doctor later told me I didn't need. When I noticed they were branded with the office's own name, the picture got a lot clearer. Now for the billing, which is where this really goes off the rails. I was told my out-of-pocket would be $50, paid it right then, and figured we were square. Two months later, a $115 bill shows up in the mail. I also found out they billed my insurance $700 for a 15-minute visit where nothing was actually done. Seven hundred dollars. For a broken X-ray machine and an upsell. It's hard not to wonder whether that machine was actually down or whether it's just a convenient way to get patients back through the door for another billable visit. Either way, I won't be one of them. Find somewhere else.

It turns out that we have something like carpal tunnel in our ankles that causes this in our feet. When I had surgery on my left ankle 2 weeks ago once Doctor J was inside my ankle he also found a varicose vein wrapped around the tarsal like a python which was another culprit! My left foot is so much better than before! I'm scheduled for my right ankle and can't wait to have it done! If you're in need of foot or ankle care you won't find a more comfortable, reliable, professional, knowledgeable and kind doctor's office, doctors and nurses. I highly recommend them!

They were able to check me in very fast. Everyone in the office was super nice. I liked the doctor and her assistant. I explained my situation and she was able to help.
