Horrible customer service! Don't recommend for anyone that need time off from their jobs ! They don't following directions and give you the run around just to be told they can't send it off my paperwork from my job all because it's July . And they only seen me one time is what the customer service girl said ! (Lie) . Very unprofessional I might add I've emailed one of the customer service girls , in June 19 2024 ( no response) ! And I also called today July 3 ,2024 my actual date was scheduled in may . And so was my short term disability . BILLING ISSUE... I paid out of pocket expenses after both visits and was sent a bill for$ 22.00 two months later. I called and asked what it was for, I was told to call Karen in billing. She could not tell me what I was being billed for. I drove back to the office to pay the bill and was told my bill was $72.00. I asked the lady at the desk why it was more, and she AGAIN told me to call billing. (The person at the desk had collected my money and put all the info from my visits in the system.) I asked Her to call and find out why 2 months later i am being charged 50.00 more. She came back after the call and told me she forgot to charge me for the insoles i bought 2 months earlier. Wow, what poor customer service. The doctor spent 10 minutes with me on two visits - that cost me 1000 dollars and a lot of time trying to get answers form his staff. I asked for a cortisone shot in my foot because I thought the pain was from an old injury. I have been getting the shots for several years by rheumatologist but suggested I see a podiatrist and there was only a slight pain. This doctor jabbed the needle in and I screamed a lot!!! He showed me no sympathy! He also took x-rays. When the foot started hurting again several months after the shot I went to a podiatrist in Frisco who was recommended and he said the pain was caused by arthritis in my toes and had nothing to do with the injury! He put in a solid innersole to keep my foot from moving and now no pain! read more

These gentlemen absolutely SAVED my foot. I had an aggressive fibroma at the bottom of my foot that used to need regular injections to shrink. The pain was intolerable. Then I discovered shockwave therapy and contacted their office to do it. After a few treatments and healing, I have been pain free for an ENTIRE YEAR without any injections. I had a terrible experience with this facility. They claimed that I wasn't on my insurance when I was. So they made me pay out of pocket in February. I still haven't received my refund. Ms. Gilbert keeps giving me the runaround because they messaged up on their end. On top of that they numbed me twice and I still had to endure 10/10 pain because it wasn't done correctly. I ended up getting an infection due to the procedure and when I came in for my checkup (that they never scheduled, I had to make one) they claimed it wasn't an infection when it was. All the gaslighting when they ended up prescribing me antibiotics. If it wasn't infected why prescribe antibiotics...I'm still dealing with discomfort due to their terrible services. I would not recommend coming here at all. Save yourself the pain and suffering. read more

I arrived for an appointment that was scheduled a month ago, upon entering for my appointment I was only greeted by a billing issue. I was told about my insurance information in the lobby in front of other patients. Very unprofessional and to top that off there was a billing person name Karen who was on the telephone and demanded a payment before I could see the provider. This was all before even seeing the doctor. This is very upsetting because if there was an issue with an insurance payment then that should have been discussed prior to my arrival to the appointment not at the time of check in. This was very frustrating and unprofessional. I did ask to speak with the provider prior to leaving this review and he was very apologetic and helpful, however I will not be returning due to the poor and unprofessional interaction from front desk staff and the corporate billing personnel. read more

I have been to Premier Foot and Ankle in McKinney three times. Everyone in the office is very friendly and compassionate. Dr Korpinen is kind and takes the time to explain exactly what is causing you pain and what you should do to heal. The office has very close parking (when you have feet pain a short walk can be very important!) I have always been able to get in when needed and when I have called the ladies in the office really do seem to care about your needs. They also have an office in Plano on Preston. You know the moment when you click with a doctor and their staff you just wish they could be your doctor for everything. That's how we feel about Dr. Freeland and her staff. She took awesome care of my daughter after a really bad sprain. She has the best bedside manor and instantly makes you feel welcomed and like you've been coming to see her for years. Great experience with a friendly office staff and a great medical staff. They didn't try to push unnecessary things on me and they didn't try to encourage surgery. Overall I feel like they are trying to utilize the least invasive and most cost effective measures first. read more
