The process was super quick and easy. I was able to upload my insurance card and fill out forms ahead of time. When I arrived and checked in with the front desk. They were able to check me in very fast. Everyone in the office was super nice. I liked the doctor and her assistant. I explained my situation and she was able to help. The procedure was quick and painless. My toe feels so much better now. They provided instructions for my after care treatment. I was impressed with the results and quality of care: The office is very nice and clean. It's close to my home so that's a plus. The location was great and perfect for me. I really liked the cool lighting fixtures. My experience was excellent and I highly recommend Dr. Neha Singh. She was very knowledgeable and professional.

The front desk ignored me when I walked in, though one was training the other, so I let it slide. What I couldn't let slide was what came next. I went in knowing I needed X-rays. The doctor confirmed as much -- then casually mentioned their machine was down. That's information that should have been shared before I drove over, checked in, and paid a visit fee for a problem that went completely unaddressed. I was also steered toward shoe inserts that a second doctor later told me I didn't need. When I noticed they were branded with the office's own name, the picture got a lot clearer. Now for the billing, which is where this really goes off the rails. I was told my out-of-pocket would be $50, paid it right then, and figured we were square. Two months later, a $115 bill shows up in the mail. I also found out they billed my insurance $700 for a 15-minute visit where nothing was actually done. Seven hundred dollars. For a broken X-ray machine and an upsell. It's hard not to wonder whether that machine was actually down or whether it's just a convenient way to get patients back through the door for another billable visit. Either way, I won't be one of them. Find somewhere else.

So we schedule the f/u visit. - Dr Freeland says good news ..simple fungal treatment and no laser really necessary. Prescription is $150 a pop...but at least it's not laser. - show her the lab bill...she agrees that it's looks to be way too much and her staff would look into it. - two weeks go by...I call back to her staff...they claim they will talk to Dr Freeland. Still no call back. - call again and now they tell me they don't handle this and call their main office for billing. - billing says they don't handle it and there's no way they will help with the bill - billing says they will talk to Dr Freeland about perhaps relief for forgoing the Dr visit costs - weeks of calls...still nothing It seems the business could care less about the financial burden they put onto me without a single call from anybody much less Dr Freeland...just constantly stating that "we aren't responsible for what the lab charges"...and apparently they aren't responsible for recommending a very costly test that could have done in a local clinic for $50. Whatever you do...don't allow them to order tests...you will pay for their carelessness .

Well shi*! I don't know what to think about all of this. I'm the epitome of your average hobby…read morejogger nowadays. I moved to TX and with that, the old me is dead and gone. On any given week I'll run 0-40+ miles and have been experiencing foot pain from early this year prior to moving here. I went in thinking I had nerve damage, a Morton neuroma since my symptoms were pointing in this direction. Only to several visits (xray that apparently didn't show anything and was completely pointless + MRI) and many payments later find out I have a laundry list of issues. According to my mri I have a stress fracture, a fully detached plantar plate and a torn plantar plate in my 2nd, 3rd and 4th metatarsal along w various other issues. I'll be lying to say I wasn't in complete disbelief when I found this out. I stood there staring at the screen like this can't possibly be my foot we are talking about. It's cute hearing people talk about their jogs but have you ran a marathon, and various other races for the past 6 months on a broken, fully ruptured foot, if not I don't give two f's! This coming from a woman who has been in heels nearly everyday of every week for months on end. No wonder my left knee where I had arthroscopic surgery has been all out of whack, I didn't know I'd been doing this on some bum foot! I seriously can't fathom these MRI results are accurate and surgery?!!!! I'm getting a second opinion like any human would but have looked further into this center since discovering this. Most every individual has been in a boot and had surgery here. I don't like the idea of feeling like I've had zero care to actually treat any of my symptoms just visit after visit scheduled to collect payment after payment. Zero taping techniques provided or anything useful in anyway that would help other than trying to be shoved into a boot and other costly options. I'd be weary of the "care" or lack there of. I did break my left foot years ago and I'm convinced they are reading results saying it's fractured, on a 5 year old fracture. If it is fractured in addition to fully detached as shown to me and torn in other areas well, then that's just peachy I suppose my adrenaline since being here has increased my tolerance to pain because it's pretty insane to think of what I've done on this foot the past 6 months. Get a second opinion if you're going to come here but I wouldn't suggest this center. It's felt all sorts of sketch from the jump. Boots, surgery, infection, being nickeled and dimed. It screams insurance fraud or some sort of scam into trying to rob you blind and a push into going under the knife. The second I head cutting through bone, my head nearly exploded. Are you effing serious right now?!? I'm going to run Dallas marathon on this before any type of surgery whatsoever. The way I see it, if something's fully detached- then I can't detach it any further. I suppose if everything told to me is accurate it's time for me to take up the out of my tax bracket hobbies I've been putting off, hello needle pointing and mahjong!

He booted me for 4 weeks and had me focus on cycling instead to keep my cardio up. Then I had 2 weeks of progressive walking with a mix of very slow running. Voila! I'm healed and ready to train a little more to get my half marathon done. It won't be a fast race but I can race. I'm thrilled and am grateful to have found a good practitioner.
