DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY!! Home warranty sent this company out to my house for a service request today on my dishwasher. I kindly asked for 30min notice prior to arrival as I work 15mins from my home and they give me a service window of 12:30pm-5pm. I was informed that I would get an email and text message prior to arrival. I get the email and text as promised at 1:37. I head to the house and arrive at 1:52. I patiently wait and end up calling the company when I notice the tech stated he started the work. At this point I'm informed that he arrived at 1:45 (8mins after my email notice) and the tech could not wait so he left. Are you kidding me? Where is the customer service? If you want to show up and leave properties you should be an Amazon driver because you are obviously not in the business to do any real work. DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY!! They are literally waste more time to drive to a property and leave rather than call the customer to actually do the job. THIS IS A PRIME EXAMPLE OF THE CURRENT WORLD WE LIVE IN. Major thumbs down!! I was able to get an appointment window for the very next day, 8am-12noon. That was awesome. However, the technician showed up a full hour past that window. 1pm! Not cool. Then refused to wear a mask as I had requested he to plz do when entering my home! I called the office to report this blatant disrespect for their customers which was met with "it is no longer required by law therefore we do not require our technicians to wear them!" The operator, which this company clearly out sources to the Asian market, repeated that statement several more times clearly getting me nowhere. When I asked to speak with a manager or the owner I was told they were unavailable. I then asked if said owner/manager could call me back and I was told NO! The worst part is that this company was referred to me by my neighbor and unfortunately I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!! read more

If I could give this company 10 stars plus , I would. Called Monday to get dryer vent cleaned and cabinet taken apart and cleaned and scheduled for Wednesday. They gave me a 4 1/2 hour window for the job. I got an email when the owner was on the way and I could follow his progress. The owner, Plaman, showed up and I mentioned that the refrigerator was not cooling either. He said, "that's the most important, I'll check it out first". He spent 30 minutes and determined that it needed a new condenser, which he said wasn't worth the cost to repair. He also gave us great information on how to clean the back of the refrigerator, and what to look for in a new refrigerator, and what brands to consider. Then he started on the dryer and after looking at the inside, said that it wasn't needed and that saved me over $100. Then he cleaned the vent and it was loaded with lint. He showed us and said that was a fire! Overall, highly, highly recommend this company. Very reasonable and fair. Won't charge you for with that's not needed. read more

I had replaced all the parts on my dryer thinking that was the cause but soon found out every time I put the hose back on my dryer it would go cold. I realized the dryer was fine and the vent needed to be cleaned out. Since I live in a rental I didn't know when the last time the dryer vent was cleaned out. Plamen (the owner) was punctual & texted & called before he came. He was hired to clean my dryer vent, which he did perfectly. I asked him about a noise my clothes dryer was making & he took the dryer apart to isolate the problem. He told me that the part was too expensive to order for a 17 year old dryer.
