Luckily I met the nicest manager, Ali, who accommodated my family with the help we needed. We were so thrilled with the service she gave us. We had stopped going to this location due to the prior service we had experienced but yesterday turned that view completely around. Ali has such a great nature about her. She gives customer a warmth that feels so genuine. She truly made my birthday dinner incredible because not only did she help us with the app dilemma but she constantly checked on us at the table and we shared conversation over our experiences at that location as well as other Golden Corral locations in the region. If it weren't for Ali, we would have never known that we could get such great help so close to home. Thanks to her, we now can drive a short distance and still enjoy Golden Corral. The only positive part of this experience was the manager on duty, Anthony. He was professional, understanding, and genuinely tried to make things right. Unfortunately, he was only able to refund the meals paid by card. Those who paid cash were told we'd have to return the next day due to not having access to the register. We'll be going back to try and get the rest of our refund, and I'll update this review afterward.
