Teppan chefs have to do a lot. Besides cooking the food, they're expected to entertain the customers as well. Yutana was one of the best teppan chefs I've ever had. He was funny, but more importantly he was so kind to my daughter when she had a special request. Not only was the food delicious, but the service from Yutana was fantastic. The waitress service was okay, a bit on the slow side considering there wasn't a lot of people at the time. The restaurant is spacious and clean.
