I love this place. I love the gals that work there, I love the food, the music, ambiance, service, and free lense wipes on the bathroom. My kids always say "aw sweet, it's a DD night"...and they are not talking about mom's bra size, or the fact she will likely need an Uber by the end of the night... they are stoked to just get fed a Dream Dinner meal. That is how good it is for my family. I look forward to my monthly assembly night!! So much fun!

They have a 2 PM two dollar Boba drink. Also their bowls are gonna be nine dollars for a special period of time. Inside was just nice it wasn't anything too extraordinary. I would say it was average in terms of cleanliness and they do have a bathroom on site. I would say it's worth a visit.

I was famished and had heard about this place from Yelp reviews. There was a little line when I stepped in. The place was not very big but it was tidy. The servings for me were huge that I could only eat part of it since it was filling. It was fresh & filling. I look forward to returning!

The hot chicken sandwich had great flavor with just the right amount of heat, the KBBQ sliders were packed with savory goodness, and the Korean corn dog was crispy, cheesy, and so satisfying. The tea drinks were the perfect complement to the meal. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and made with care. This was our first visit, and we're already talking about what we want to order next time. So many items on the menu look amazing, and we can't wait to come back and try more. Highly recommend if you're looking for delicious Korean-inspired comfort food in Temecula!

First off, we stood in line for nearly 30 minutes to order because your person at the front that is taking orders is also the bartender as well. Maybe consider having some self ordering kiosks to cut back on the wait time? Your employee was friendly and helpful, although she was coughing everywhere, was touching the trash can while making drinks and then proceeded to grab a spoon from the sink that was labeled "dump only" to make my drink. I was extremely taken aback with this. Your waitress delivering the food had a HUGE attitude issue which was so confusing to me because we were very nice to her. We chose a table in the back and we even joked around with her when she tried to pass us off orders that were not ours. When our food finally came out (we ordered the bulgogi nachos and the sweet and spicy wings) she slammed the metal trays down at our table, not once, not twice, but THREE times because they got our order wrong and my husband had to go return a tray. We also waited about 30 minutes for our food. We were shocked and the family next to us was also startled with the rude treatment we received. The food was not good, it had no semblance to Korean anything for us, the sauces were odd tasting and I had an upset stomach immediately after. The family next to us we overheard them saying they enjoyed their corn dogs, but would not be back. We did not enjoy our food, nor the service and we wouldn't be back as well. I wanted to give the owner a heads up on our way out that I would be leaving this review, but he was busy back in the kitchen. I guess it's a moot point since we aren't returning anyway, the service alone was a total turn off, we paid $70 for two dishes and two drinks to be treated so poorly, disappointed in every aspect of this one and done visit.

Hidden Gem Korean Food at Vail Headquarters - Like Having a Real Korean Grandma Cook for You!…read more If you're in Temecula and craving authentic Korean food, don't miss Bulgogi & Ramen inside the food hall at Vail Headquarters. Of all places, who would expect to find true Korean home cooking here? This spot serves dishes that taste like they're straight from a kitchen in Korea, and it feels like you're being hosted by the sweetest grandmother. When she saw my daughter, she came out to greet us, gave her a warm hug, and lovingly fixed her hair that was covering her eyes, saying in Korean, "You're a beautiful princess -- don't hide that pretty face." She even took a picture with my daughter, which made our visit unforgettable. I ordered the steamed egg and rice -- a comforting dish that's a favorite for any Korean kid growing up. The cold buckwheat noodle soup (naengmyeon) was incredibly refreshing and perfect for the hot summer weather. The menu is impressive too, with a variety of authentic dishes you don't always see at other Korean restaurants in the area, all prepared with care and heart. I can't wait to visit Temecula again just to try more of her dishes. If you're looking for genuine Korean flavors and hospitality, Bulgogi & Ramen is a must-visit!

Last night my wife and I ordered Pad See Ew and Drunken Noodles to go. When we got home I opened my…read moredrunken noodle container and poured in 2 little cups of the chili flakes oil the restaurant gives away at their register area. I mixed the chili flake into the drunken noodles and start to eat. After about 5 bites a hear a large crunch and feel a large amount of pain coming from my lower left rear molar. I instantly spit out the bite I was chewing and go through the my half chewed food to find out what caused the issue. After some poking around I started to find big hard shards of transparent material and small shards of hard white material. The transparent shards I bit into were clearly glass and the white material were chunks of my tooth. My mouth was bleeding and in pain and I could feel my lower rear left molar had a large chunk missing. This place is really fucked up for letting glass into their food. It was clear they broke some glass around the chili flake oil or around one of the ingredients that makes up the drunken noodles and instead of throwing away everything that could have potentially had glass in it, they tried to salvage some of that contaminated food and serve it to their customers. This was my first and last time eating at this place. What really pisses me off more about this whole situation is that my wife and I are currently introducing various solid foods to our 1 year old daughter and we both gave our daughter noodles from our dishes. It really makes my blood boil that this restaurants cheap and lazy owner and employees would let this type of shit slide and make it other people's problem just to save a few dollars from product loss. Now I have to take a day off work to go to the dentist and get my tooth fixed or if the tooth is past repairable I'll have to go through the process of getting it removed and replaced with some artificial tooth. It sucks that all of that will end up coming out of my pocket. I would suggest everyone to stay away from place. This type of shit happening is never worth the risk from a place that disregards their quality control like this. There are plenty of other great Thai and Asian restaurants in the area that I have gone too over and over again without one issue. I hope this review helps others avoid the same bullshit this restaurant is currently putting me through. Also incase any other customers found glass in their food, I purchased my order around 8pm on April 22nd 2026.

The one thing I've debated about writing a review for several months now,is the taiyaki consistency. For a couple months recently I have ordered and noticed that when I would bite into the taiyaki it would be VERY stale to the point it would break off. It wasn't until about 1 month ago when I asked another location if that was standard for them to make fresh ones and the staff had told me it was not okay to serve stale ones they always make it there and that I should ask next time I go to make it fresh. Well that led to me noticing that they do in fact make fresh ones and will just give stale ones if you do not bring attention to it. Well, I also noticed that it is a particular staff that does not like doing it and stated that it will "melt the Nutella and takes time" to make fresh one. I timed it and took less than five minutes for a fresh one to be made. Which is same as other location in Orange County and San Diego that provide a good quality Taiyaki for customers. That same staff member was there tonight and she repeated the same thing and went to the side to complain about having to provide fresh taiyaki when she could have used that time ( over 5 minutes) to make it. I know it's a little thing but I have been so disappointed to see my taiyaki break off in so many pieces from how stale it has been. Other weekends I've been there and she is not there, there is no issue. If I can go to other locations and get fresh ones without asking why can't she provide same. Because I will say it's not location it's worker.
