This place sucks!! I came in this Saturday 6/8/19 with my family and the food was COLD. My family and I served ourselves a plate of different variety and all of it was cold. We did not eat nothing just the one bite to find out it was cold. I told the waiter and she was acting like she did not know what cold meant. I told my husband we are not going to eat here. I went to the registered and told the lady there what happened. She was like oh I don't know let me talk to the manager and see what they can do. She told me to go and sit at my table the waiter came and was like here is your bill. I told her I was not going to pay full price for cold food that we did not eat, she told me well I did pick up 5 plates. I said yes you did with all the food still there because it was cold. She was talking to some other lady and she told her to just charge me our drinks because we did not wat anything. Usually good Chinese foods... last time I went here the service was horrible! y friend had already ate and came along to just be there, they not only charged us for her but charged an additional person! Now my friend is very shy and was willing to pay even though she did not even have a bite let alone a drink of water fro there! We told our bus boy she was not eating and he said okay, the whole time he saw she didn't eat anything! Not one plate or cup in front of her! He even offered a glass of water but my friend said no thank you!.. As we go to pay he say "yeah she ate three plates and had soda" ?! They scam people out of money and then talk behind your back! Than out of no where, a rat the size of a small cat ran out of the kitchen!!! a bunch of workers got some cardboard and trapped it in the corner of the dining area. At the buffet you get what you pay for. We always go for the 4.99 plus drink buffet. They have a great Mongolian BBQ that my husband loves. I enjoy the chow mein, wontons, and mushroom chicken most. I try to sample as much as I can but do get full pretty quickly here. I would recommend this place to anyone who asked, even with the B rating. read more

Simple flavor, with very slight salt added to it. -But because of how dry it was, I had to rely on the mac salad to enhance this... 3) Teriyaki Beef: -Probably my favorite of the 3 meats. -This one had the most flavor to it and was sauced perfectly. -Teriyaki sauce was the perfect medium of savory and sweet. -However, this meat was also a bit dry and tough, but not as much as the other 2. 4) Mac Salad: -You can never go wrong with Mac Salad and this definitely made some of the meats more palatable, but there wasn't enough to make it THAT much better. Maybe it's because we came 30 min right before closing or my expectations were much too high as a Hawaiian fast food enjoyer, but I was a bit disappointed and didn't eat much of this dinner. Maybe I'll go back to try their shaved ice, but right now I'm gonna pass on this place for a bit.

Man, let me tell you if you never been here. This place is fire. I got a hibachi plate with lobster…read moreshrimp and steak. The flavors are amazing and when you put the sauce that they have it makes it 10 times better I mean, you can have it without it, but my God the sauce is really good. Love the service. They're very friendly love the atmosphere is very cleaning here come and check them out. They're right here in the city of San Bernardino. Highly recommended.

I ordered the moonlight combo which consists of steak, shrimp and chicken on a bed of rice and veggies. The rice is flavorful and aromatic might I mention! I was also given three sauces for my order, chili oil type, a buttery mayo type and a lemony sauce which combined all together with my meal made everything so much better. You can notice how much thought was put into this dish! Will be ordering again soon!
