This restaurant is amazing! it had great customer service, amazing food, and the ambiance was great! Me and my mom got the king crab, with garlic butter seasoning. The meat was tender and juicy, and the potatoes were soft. but the meat of the lobster tail was a bit chewy and was kinda dry. overall my experience was great! read more

When I arrived to my destination I noticed that my 1lb of shrimp was "6" small shrimp huddled in the corner of the bag. Food mediocrity at best! It was brought out one order at a time. The last one 40 minutes after the first. Waiters could care less.

After visiting yesterday, I believe I got food poisoning. The food is likely not cooked properly. I immediately felt dizzy afterwards and even after sleeping a whole night, I still felt nauseous and bloated the next day. I have never had this problem before while eating seafood, including at other seafood boil restaurants. read more

I ordered $100 worth of food delivered from King Crab and my favorite part about the meal was the sweet potato fries. I ordered the crawfish and shrimp boil with the Cajun garlic butter seasoning. I also ordered fried chicken and sweet potato fries. The Cajun garlic butter sauce was good but it was not finger licking good where I wanted to dip everything in it kind of good. And paying over $100 dollar and the best part of the meal was the sweet potato fries? Those were delicious fries. You have to give them a shot to form an opinion for yourself but I would not make it a destination trip. Also, don't expect too much if you are used to going to places like Loui Loui or Holly Crab or some of the better places out there. read more

Painfully unprofessional. We thought we might have hit a home run with this restaurant but unfortunately that wasn't the case. We had an issue with allergies and the food that they served, after being told there was no issue. When we asked to speak to the manager, the host (or even possibly the manager) was screaming and yelling that there were none of the ingredients in the food and then hung up. Possibly the most unprofessional way to handle a situation. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that the call was cut off, and tried calling back, but now my calls are being screened. They didn't even offer a solution or remedy. read more

Service was great. We got there right when it opened, place was kind of chilly, I guess it's expected until the place warms up. I mean nothing can beat Loui Loui but this place is up there. I got the lobster, 1/2lb of shrimp and snow crab in hot with garlic butter. I believe it was combo E. Food came out hot in temperature and very quickly after ordering. The sauce was indeed hot and packed a punch but it was delicious. The price was high but the quality delivered. I left happy and satisfied. My family member got the wings and sweet potato fries. Cajun non breaded wings and breaded sweet Thai chili wings were solid. I like this better than Capt Loui bc the variety of offerings and cheaper and good taste. CAPT loui only has the chicken wing in fried form with 1 flavor vs this place has multiple tastes. It was absolutely terrible. I ordered a scallop dinner and ended up throwing my food away. It's the first time I threw away a dish from any restaurant. Trust me buyer beware. I probably should have driven back to the restaurant with my food and demanded a refund. Huge portions of delicious snow crab, crayfish, shrimp, sausage, hard boiled eggs & corn on the cob, served together in a cooking bag within a large metal bowl. A pool of amazing juice sat at the bottom for dipping everything in. Be prepared for an awesomely fun messy experience. I've never seen crayfish so large. I'm used to seeing crayfish 3 to 4 inches long. King Crab's crayfish were so large that I initially thought I was looking at small lobsters. The place was very clean & sinks for hand washing are provided right in the dining area. Plastic bibs & gloves are provided. All on a non toasted roll. ~ combo plate - tastes like old oil. Not good. ~ chicken finger basket with Cajun fried - tasted like old oil. Fries weren't even close to spicy. ~ Cajun wings/medium spice. Not bad. But no spice at all. This is not Cajun creole. Ordered take out and was pleased with the packaging. The quality of the food was very tasty, and the hot flavor choice was not too bad. We ordered shrimp head off and it was so worth it. I am a seafood lover and know quality when I taste it. I ordered calamari, alligator and oyster plates and all were horrible. Too much breading on alligator and calamari. Oysters smelled too much and taste was off. Not fresh at all. Not ordering again. The little I did eat made my stomach uncomfortable all night. read more
