Cost: board says 12.95 for a small (2 scoops) but due to price increases they have a sign that it will be $1 more for $13.95 which is totally understandable What is NOT a is that they are inconsistent with their portions and I had edamame as a topping. She provided 1/2 a scoop and I asked for an addition one which she did no problem. Of there multiple options there are easily 6 or 7 that I don't chose however you could get one of everything if you would like. I go to cash out and it's $16 so I ask for a receipt. There is an additional dollar charge.... Apparently it was for the extra teaspoon or tablespoon of edamame. That is I think unreasonable. On to the food. The proteins are all tasty-my favorites are the spicy tuna and spicy salmon; others in my family prefer chicken and tofu. I really like the mango sauce and sweet chili gochujang sauce together. It has a flavorful sweet and spicy tang. Tip: take a card that has the ingredients and circle what you want. You can identify different people on each card and they will write the names on the containers as well. Then you can keep the card for next time. For those who are GF or have other food allergies, they mark their menu extremely well so you can choose what to get. Mark the menu card with your food allergy and they will be sure to change gloves and be careful (the line workers will not check the marked items meet the food allergy requested). It's located within an outdoor mall shopping center, so it's pretty convenient within the mall. - Health and safety. During this time of the pandemic, the staff I saw were wearing masks. There's also a sign on the door asking customers to wear masks, as well. I appreciate this additional reassurance, because there are restaurants I've been to where staff don't wear masks. What's Not - Location. This was specific to me, but I thought I ordered from the Burlington location on Uber Eats, which I didn't. So I had to drive farther to pick up my food, which was annoying. Just be aware if you're ordering takeaway, to be aware which location. - Quality. The spicy salmon and spicy tuna weren't really spicy at all. To be fair, I have a good tolerance. If you're preparing for something spicy, you won't get it here. - Portions and price . The salad bowl alone didn't get me full. I was able to get full, because I ordered the additional seaweed salad. Was so excited to try my first poke place and this was great! I got the two protein poke bowl with shrimp and crab salad. I also got cucumbers, corn, seaweed salad, mango, wonton crisps, shredded nori, and sesame seeds on my bowl with spicy mayo and eel sauce. I've seen many people complain that they only fill the bowl halfway but I think they might not be ordering enough toppings with it because mine was filled pretty high. Unfortunately they didn't have avocado on the day that I went in and I feel like that's a major part of poke bowls at least for me but it still tasted great and easily kept me full!
