When I questioned the woman at the counter she was so rude, shrugged her shoulders and handed me the bag! Nite: you pay when you drop off the items not when you pick up! Enter Prestige Cleaners, conveniently located by Dooney's and Shop Rite (but without the terrifying SR parking lot). The lady quoted the price and asked when I needed it. I was in no rush, so we agreed on a week. When I picked up the blazer a week later, it was immaculate. Not even one piece of dog hair. Jet black. Perfect. I'll be back.

A wedding gown and a bridesmaid gown we had our measurements taken and were quoted a price. Also given a pick up time at first she wanted me to pick up the first week in January. I said no that's too far out. How about next month? I was given a pick up date of October 30th. I paid $244 in advance on September 19th. I arrived at the shop today October 30th at 1 PM only to see my 2 gowns on one hanger together on a rack with safety pins still in them. The seamstress/owner walks over to the counter and says hi can I help you and I say yes I'm here to pick up my 2 gowns. She looks down at my ticket and says oh they are not ready yet. I responded I know I'm looking at them still on a hanger together with pins still in them. She smiles and says to me can you come back in two hours? I said no I cannot come back in two hours. You are telling me that you're about to do alterations in two hours on 2 gowns that you've had in your possession since September 19th that should've been done today. If I walked in at opening time today, I should have been able to retrieve both of my gowns. Number one you had these gowns over five weeks and number two I do not live near here. So I asked for a refund and when I asked her for a refund at first she was hesitant and then she responded to me.....Where else are you going to get alterations if I give you your items back. Ma'am, you are not the only seamstress in the New Jersey, Philadelphia area! This lady is very rude. This is by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I will not go back to this establishment. I will not recommend this establishment to anyone. No apology no nothing, just where else are you going to get alterations from if you don't get them here.
