A few of the waiters there we some of the most despicable human beings I've ever met. My pregnant wife needed a bathroom. One of them was clogged and the other was "just recently occupied." I told them to fix the other bathroom but they refused. After several minutes, I told them to please check again if the bathroom was open and behold they used a knife to open the door it was empty. When I questioned why he had told me that someone just walked in, he told me to go pee outside. If the owners have any dignity at all, they should read this response and fire the two workers who I had this experience with. read more

This review is not related to the restaurant but to it's owner Abo who comes to Russian Banya every Friday and sexually harasses women. He says he works in Banya and offers platza to women exclusively. Instead of giving platza he just touches them all over their bodies. Banya administrator strictly warned him to behave as this happened systematically. Hope this review will be a good lesson to him to know his limits when his restaurant customers know who they are dealing with. read more

the best place to have an event and any kind of occasion . nadia manager and the best planner gives everything what she promises she is on point with all her staff and work. the food there was amazing and top notch and most importantly fresh and very tasty. great location in the heart of forest hills and the have valet parking. music and service is top notch there waiters are so nice and know there work very well. highly recommend this restaurant. its a really 5 star place read more

Be aware using non kosher meat. This restaurant is constantly being in trouble with kashrut. They have been cought using non-kosher meat avoid going there dishonest owners. They paid off, bribed Vaad Habrinum of Queens just recently. read more

This was supposed to be a milestone event, and instead it felt overshadowed and disorganized because of the lack of sound control. The venues contact person "Roopi" unsuccessfully attempted to get the DJ to lower his sound equipment. After the event my family felt some sort of reparations were in order. When we brought this concern to "Roopi", she claimed she would speak with management. After a week of going back and forth, we discovered "Roopi" was in fact the manager all along and had been dishonest and stringing us along pretending to be talking to management. Not only did she give us a runaround, but when we returned to the venue to follow up, she was dismissive, rude, and continued to make excuses rather than take responsibility. She also denied any affiliation with the DJ whose music overpowered our event, which was clearly untrue. The lying, lack of accountability, and unprofessional behavior left us feeling disrespected and deceived. What should have been a joyful, once-in-a-lifetime milestone for my father turned into a frustrating and upsetting experience. I cannot recommend this venue to anyone who is looking for professionalism, honesty, or proper event management. Roopi is a snake!! I wish I thoroughly read through reviews before booking this venue because her rudeness and unprofessionalism is mentioned over and over again!!!
