The pharmacy technician apparently left without getting a backup for the poor pharmacist. He was swamped with work and had dozens of patients from the same urgent care I came from waiting for scripts. The problem was that nothing was processed in the orders received and people waiting had others who came after had their scripts filled straightaway and leaving. I sat there like an idiot with other very sick patients well into 1am. And my insurance information wasn't taken in correctly so I paid full price. I was in no mood of waiting more so I can do an all nighter at this sketchy CVS. The outside of the store doesn't seem safe as many homeless people and other hoodlums were smoking and dealing god knows what. Certainly not a place young female should be going unaccompanied at night.

There was very little warmth, patience, or effort to provide the kind of friendly customer service you would expect--especially from someone in a leadership position. Thankfully, Tanya, a front-end manager, completely changed the tone of the experience. She was graceful, professional, and actually took the time to listen. I truly appreciated the way she handled the situation, and because of her, we left feeling much better than we did after our interaction with Jenny. One last thought: if your title includes the word "Coach," I would encourage you to really think about what that title represents. A coach should lead by example, communicate effectively, listen, support others, and set the standard for the people around them. Today's interaction demonstrated the opposite. Leadership isn't just a title--it's how you treat people. Thank you, COACH Tanya, for showing us what good customer service and leadership should look like. Let's do better.

Why would you mess with anything under the hood when you are just changing tires???? Oh, last but not least, they didn't replace her valve stems and they ruined one of them. I swear I wish I were there when she took her vehicle there. I would've made them do everything right or give us a full refund and take your tires back. I swear.

I told the people in the front to which they said they would talk to her and she basically told them to tell me to leave. Horrible experiences all around. They refuse to even brush and clean your teeth before doing work on you. Not to mention the tools looked old and had rust spots on them. She did similar horrible work with a crown to my mother, trying to more or less scam her over, overcharging her. I don't know the exact story with my mother, but I know that my mother refuses to go back to her as well. To top it all off she's in there arguing with one of her doctors in the front office, shes clearly a difficult person to work with. That's probably why there's never a doctor that lasts more than a couple years there. Edit: one month later i have pain and sensitivity in one of the three teeth they did a filling on, i cant eat or chew on that side and now have to go to another doctor to fix their botched work.
