The staff has always been friendly, the office is always clean and the place smells great (not like other dental offices). If you are looking for a dentist that will extract ALL your teeth out in your 40s, because they were simply lazy and wanted to take short cuts, become permanently toothless, give you dentures that don't fit, leave you with scars, zero after care and give you no pain prescription but ibuprofen while they give other patients narco for the same extraction procedure or less. And then go to another dental specialist and get told that this was totally unnecessary with X-rays showing they did not need to do any extractions. And when you get your dentures done with them, even if it's totally obvious that the patient is in extreme pain from the sizing and they clearly are oversized, do not fit properly, and that they can not talk right; and they look like party city costume teeth. They will gaslight them and tell them they just have to get use to it. Bring in your family as well, and they will try to extract and suck as much money as they can from each family members insurance! Do unnecessary procedures, take short cuts even it means permanently removing your teeth. Thankfully there's other qualified dentist you can go to that is not here, that could do a great job at redoing the dentures, and listen to your needs. JUST NOT THIS ONE. Especially if you're brown, and can not speak English, they will discriminate and dismiss you. read more

The dental assistants have a way with my 4 year old and explain everything to her in such a clear way that make her feel so independent when she's there. Had an appointment at 12pm to get my wisdom teeth taken out. At 12:35pm, still waiting, I asked how much longer the wait is and was told at least another 30 minutes. That's 1 hour late, at least. Didn't get called in until 1:30 though. Waited for set-up, numbing, and the doctor was working on multiple patients at once. I didn't get out of there until almost 2:30. That's 2.5hrs for a 20 minute procedure. Unacceptable. I have a very busy schedule and could use the extra time getting other things done instead of sitting there waiting. My first appointment for teeth cleaning was on time so I was hoping this would be my go-to dentist from now on, but after this, I will not be back. Anyone who does not respect my time will not get my time or business. read more

Very nice people and great service. My little brother wasn't scared to go here or talk to the people. It's very clean, comfy seating, and great air conditioning! My only problem is their phone or appointment catalog , if you get an appointment there's a very high chance they'll keep calling you for everyone else's appointments as well. We got easily over ten phone calls for a bunch of other people and the same girl kept saying it's just the number the machine gives her. I would think it would be suspicious if you keep having to call the same number for a bunch of people, it was very very annoying. As much as we loved the service they really need to fix that or we might just change dentists. read more

I seriously can't ask for a better dentist! The whole staff keeps you at ease and I actually look forward to getting my teeth cleaned when I see Dr. Lin. He's extremely careful, gregarious and just an all around great guy. Prior to Dr. Lin I absolutely abhorred my previous dentist because he was really rough and a jerk. When I first met Dr. Lin a few years ago he was a complete 180 from my previous dentist. Dr. Lin knows how to really keep his patients relaxed. For anyone who wants a fantastic dentist please go to Dr. Lin! I can't thank him enough for being such a great dentist and a great guy. He definitely motivated me to keep my teeth clean. This place is terrific. The staff is awesome and extremely friendly. Normally, I don't like going to the dentist but since I've been going here, it has been enjoyable. I always make an appointment & never wait long. Dr Lin is the best. He is friendly and easy to talk to. When he is working on my teeth, I never feel anxious. He explains exactly what he is going to do before he starts working. He even tells you what he is doing while he working on your teeth. My wife and I love this office. Such a comfortable experience. Got all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed and it only took 20 mins after the local anesthesia was put in. The doctor was very communicative about everything he was doing and made me feel very at ease. I came in a bit shaky and nauseous because I HATEE coming to the dentist and watched a few too many YouTube videos about wisdom tooth extractions but my experience was great. read more

The best dentist and dental staff. I HATE going to the dentist but Dr. Lin is wonderful. When I visit I am not as anxious about the visit. My experience today I'm still in the parking lot I'm very irate I had an appointment today at @2:00 pm which I made 2 weeks ago and they told me to come to the harbor and garden Grove Blvd location, I got here early at 1:25 pm to be exact well as I walked in they had me waiting for about 15 minutes just to tell me they scheduled me at the WRONG LOCATION ok which I understand people make mistakes but then I asked can I just see any dentist that can take me here at 2pm since I'm there .... I couldn't believe the way he reacted to me smacked his lips together with hard breathing as if he got irritated from that ONE QUESTION!!!! I was So surprised cause this place has all these great reviews.... Idk if he was a dental assistant or a dental front office person he did have scrubs on and he was asian or Japanese very very VERY rude...To bad cause this location is actually very nice but they just lack people skills BIG TIME, GOOD LUCK to whoever makes An appointment next time. read more

I live probably 45 minutes away from this place and I don't care, I drive all the way out there. This is one of the best dentists I've ever been to. They don't bullsh*t you like other dental offices. They're very friendly and professional. They don't try to charge you for things you don't need or have you over pay for services. They're very affordable as well. Xrays were only 35 bucks for example. I recommend this place to everyone. The staff is friendly and the office is very clean. read more
