this place definitely SOLD my information like email and phone number to other people. This is located inside the OLD VILLAGE in Huntington Beach. Ever since i signed up to the page, i received lots of scammer calls, random emails, and random text messages. the owner promised me that i will receive information about his aromatherapy classes and so on. It's been almost 3 weeks and I never got a single email and his classes. I checked my email history and there's no "the living temple" in any of my emails. Usually, there's a "welcome email" when you sign up to something right? I didn't get any. No class and lectures. Nothing. he definitely sold my information. i know this 10000% because I haven't signed up for anything in the past few days before I came in and the few days after I came in. I never received scammer calls, texts, or emails until after I visited this place. I really liked this place too. I have to rave about two products that I am in love with so far on my clean eating and clean skin care journey. The first thing that Mr. Jones has carefully researched to be the best was, Bulgarian Rose Water by Royal Sense. This rose water spray is Botox for the face. I've been using it for three days and I can feel how it holds my face in place. As a result, I am more mindful of extreme facial movements, thus keeping my skin even more in place. It feels like it is working against gravity. With the rose water, I have been using, Organic Jojoba Extract by Hoba Care. Mr. Jones informed me that this one was unique to others sold at large chain markets because it is only pressed once in order to get it's most pure and authenic form. So far, both of these all natural products are what I will add to my regular beauty routine, as they work better than most products I have tested. In addiditon, Mr. Jones holds products that you cannot find in major grocery store chains such as Dolce Flakes and Black Salt. I first heard of these products in Germany and have been searching for them, since I've been back to the US. Both pruducts are highly nutritious and have many great health benefits, another things that has been carefully researched by Mr. Jones and deteremined to be the best on the market. Yesterday there was a tasting festival, and I got to meet Robin the store's owner. He is a very kind and extremely knowledgeable person. He gave me a tour of the store, and spent time sharing all the upcoming events such as Tai Chi, Essential Oils explained, and many more. After we were done talking he gave me a members card for free that gives 10% off 90% of the items in the store. He said it was his gift to me, and anyone who stops in. His prices are really fair and anything you need to know, you will get a complete background and what the product can do for you. Leila was helping with tastings of some of the products available at The Living Temple. They were sampling, nearly the whole line of Gone Nuts, deeeeelishousness in a bag, there was so many raw nuts yummy combos, savory and sweet, there was amazing coconut sweetener that came in liquid and "sugary" styles that had superb flavor and very low glycemic index that is safe for diabetics and full of nutrients. Rawlando a local life coach from Costa Mesa, was sampling his amazing Raw Food, a Thai Chili Soup with a spoon full of a blend of yummy on top that included parsley, onion, some spices and dried dulse. His second sampling was a corn and almond tostada that had been dehydrated topped with a creamy concoction, raw slaw and the food burst with flavors. He also was selling a full version you could take home. Really fab food. Luba Diangar, naturopathic doctor, had a 3D body scanning imaging machine that she formerly used at NASA to scan the Russian and American astronauts. She has the ability for you to meet at her office, and she charges $225 or she can come to you for $400. Once the system scans you, she offers a complete explanation of what is going on in your system, and why, and how to repair. OC Breast Wellness, offers breast pain free, radiation free digital breast exams. More like an ultrasound with mapping. They trains nurses and you can get a discount off the typical $150 rate, for only 75 if you allow a nurse in training to do the scan. There was also an organic farmer, who had fabulous produce, and some things I had never seen before. Lots of different kinds of figs, and a couple of kinds of avocados, and even a raw specialty nori sheet product. A woman with medicinal grade stainless steel cookware, and a vendor selling an alkalizing drink. (Sorry, I didn't get there names). Also, Yolande Smith is a healthy Chef that shared some of her delish food too. She is organizing a new meetup.com group for raw foodies too. All in all a fabulous experience, and I am looking forward to next month's food expo. Robin said he does it once a month, and it is usually the last Saturday of the month. He also has a fabulous alkalizing water program too. This is a hard place to find, but once you see it you will remember it well. Their selection is wide and varied but nor overwhelming. Perhaps what I like best is that the store is kept extremely clean and organized! The Living Temple frequently has seminars, classes, and lectures you can attend. Some of them interested me a lot, others I wouldn't bother to go to, but its all a matter of personal taste/interest and the point is that there is something for everyone! I came across this shop when looking for Fire Cider and have them a ring to see if they had it. Not only did Robin answer kindly, he answered and explained to me all about fire cider and the benefits of it and great health information. When I brought the incident up w/Robin he told me to call the practitioner...who's number had changed! I suggest sticking to Mother's where they back up their products and also have free lectures. read more
