Bathrooms are clean, the staff we interacted with were very nice and helpful. I went looking for skin tone art markers, only to find out all of them were open and most of them missing afew markers each. It made me not want to buy any after all since the one did have all the markers was opened still so idk if any of those markers were tampered and pre-used. Not worth the price... Found afew more things we needed, but they did run out of picot unfortunately. If it wasn't for the nice and friendly staff there it would be lower stars, I think. This review is solely for the gentleman who works the customer service department. 11/30/25 between 1:30pm-2pm I didn't get his name but he was super friendly and extremely helpful. He helped us immediately after waiting to deal with other customers and he was working simultaneously. Very quick and easy! Very professional and the decor he did at the service area was spectacular! Great job on decorating. Very professional and very creative too! Transaction was smooth and fast, as it should be and the overall experience and interaction was pleasant. They're open late, have large selection of goods at fair prices, and when I come in the late evenings the place is clean and in in decent shape, and the parking is reasonable. It can be a rough place during the day though, so plan accordingly if you can. :) read more

The store is very clean and well organized. It is next to Costco Business. Sometimes there are many homeless outside but they mostly gather at Carl Jr area. The staff are very nice and helpful. I always see the staff either restocking, making the products look good or cleaning the floor. They always have more products and all sizes. It was a very, very wet California winter day, but since we were in the area, my wife wanted to check out this Walmart for the first time to see their selection of plants. She has been on the lookout for a Thai Constellation at a price she was comfortable with. She found it for a lot lower than expected (even though it scanned greater than what she thought..but still a good deal, so she told me). We ended up getting more potting soil as well (Walmart does have the best prices). Getting help is what you would expect at a Walmart on a cold, miserable day with employees who really didn't want to be there. But we found what we wanted with a bit of effort, and the self checkout worked fine. They are now following the Costco model, where an employee checks your receipt as you leave the store. read more

Good prices! I've been coming ever since I was little and not much has changed. They have almost everything you need and the prices are very reasonable. This location has items that aren't available at other Walmarts which is great. The lighting isn't the best and some of the items were kind of disorganized, but it's nothing crazy to worry about. The parking lot is quite spacious and they're right next to a Costco Business center which is convenient! This Walmart used to be great and have a wide selection of pjs and sleepwear, but I recently went and was very disappointed by the selection. Staff was not friendly and quite rude too lol. They don't watch where they're going and have a really nasty attitude. One guy almost ran us over with a large cart and didn't care when he saw us haha. I will probably not come back to this location again. There are other Walmarts that are nicer and have more of a selection to choose from. This parking lot is also so scary. Wow, talk about horrible customer service! I took my kids to buy some clothes, we get to the fitting room with about 5 associates standing there hanging go backs. We stood there for a few minutes before they greeted us. We asked for a room and they told us in Spanish they didn't have keys. I was confused. I asked who had the keys and they said they didn't know. I walked over to guest services and asked for the fitting room keys and they said the people at the fitting room should have them. Of course, right. So we walked back to the fitting room and all of a sudden they had keys. Whatever. So my daughter tries on the clothes, find what's she needs so we leave. Next we go to the bathroom in the front. There's a keypad. We ask an associate at guest services again and they said they will be right there (no one in line that they're helping) a few minutes go by and my 2 year old is crying because she's about to pee her pants. They let us in. We do our thing. The same associate that was at the fitting room walks into the restroom and says in Spanish "Eww it stinks in here! You need to open the door!" I don't think she realized I understood Spanish. How rude and unacceptable. The poop smell definitely wasn't from us, but she had the nerve to say it in front of another customer who walked in at the same time. I literally just spent $400 and had the worst experience ever. During my visit (on November 16th 2025 about 1pm), the customer service associate accused us of taking a 12-pack of drinks and returning to claim a different price. This accusation was not only incorrect, but also unprofessional and disrespectful. We simply brought the item back to clarify a price difference and request the correct price that was displayed. This guard not only invaded my personal space but also continued to shout and berate me in front of other customers. Due to his tailgating, the situation was further escalated because the customer I had been waiting for was unable to back out, creating additional issues for both me and the other driver. While I was in the middle of paying for my groceries at the self-checkout using all the coins from my coin bag, a team member abruptly stopped me and told me that I could not load the machine with the rest of my coins. No clear explanation was given. No policy was referenced. No signage was pointed out. Just a flat "you can't do that," delivered with zero empathy and no attempt to help or offer an alternative solution. For context, these were legal U.S. coins, not damaged or unusable currency. Apparently, Walmart now considers customers paying with coins to be an inconvenience rather than a normal transaction. If there is a limit or restriction on using coins at self-checkout, that information should be clearly communicated before customers begin scanning their items -- not halfway through a transaction after time has already been wasted. What made this experience even more frustrating was the complete lack of customer service skills displayed. Instead of explaining the reason behind the refusal or calmly assisting in resolving the situation, the team member showed no understanding, no patience, and no empathy whatsoever. It felt dismissive and unnecessarily confrontational, as if I had done something wrong by trying to pay for my groceries with valid currency. This situation highlights a much bigger problem: Walmart continues to push customers toward self-checkout while simultaneously making the process more restrictive and unpleasant. You can't reduce staffing, funnel customers into self-checkout, and then refuse common forms of payment without proper communication or support. If self-checkout machines are not designed to handle huge amount of coins, then either staff traditional registers appropriately or clearly inform customers ahead of time. Customer service at this location clearly needs a complete overhaul, from employee training to communication and basic respect for customers. A company of this size should not be failing at something as fundamental as allowing customers to pay for their groceries in a reasonable, dignified way. The entire experience left me frustrated and disappointed. Shopping at Walmart should not feel like an argument over how you're allowed to pay. Came here on Friday afternoon for curbside pickup. Probably one of my best experience for curbside pickup. There were a few open spots in front of store. I was trying to figure out how to check in on the phone, when one of the staff came by and helped me out. He said I didn't need to and that he can just check me in, since it was a warm day, he even offer me some water or Gatorade which I got a Lemon Lime Gatorade. After about 5 minutes another staff came out with my stuff and gave it to me. The staff even gave me a thank you with candy to go. I went into Walmart today to pick up a couple things and purchase some apple cards for my grandkids. We have this funny thing that's kind of actually catching on that we celebrate Thanksgiving for everything that we've received and enjoyed throughout the year, rather than go all out for Christmas which has completely become the pagan holiday and celebrations for the merchants and not the families. I have three grandkids they're big kids nevertheless there are kids and they deserve their standard gifts. The gal at the store told me she "couldn't sell me those Apple gift cards"! Was such an attitude I was amazed. She further said that it "wasn't a normal customer's purchase" and I know she's wrong because I have friends that do the same thing our kids are grown well not grown but big. They want Apple notebooks and new Apple phones and all kinds of Apple crap which I don't buy them because I don't like Apple. So my thoughts were ""an Apple gift card would be awesome" & they would be thrilled. She further went on to say that " no I think it's part of a scam" I said you think I'm scamming? She replied, "it's not a regular customer purchase." I told her I was going to complain to her manager and she ignored me and so another lady walked into the area of money Services and I said walk toward them and said again I am going to complain to your manager, at which point she said "you want to manager I'll get you a manager" & I said "great ". After being completely disappointed and infuriated and waiting for this manager to materialize I finally just said "eat dirt". No I didn't say it to her but I would have if she was there I was standing out in the crowd trying to find a manager. I follow the Walmart return policy at Walmart Westminster California to return the coffee machine during 90 days as the condition as brand new. Mandeef who work in Return Department makes us so hard that had to clean every single dust. She gave us the hard time over an hour, I have to escalate to store manager (Alma), then she sent the other lady to help us. I do not recommend to come to this store. I was Christmas shopping last week at Walmart (Trask/Beach Blvd) and found a great Ramen bowl gift pack to give to friends. Noticed that there were only 2 left on the shelf and wanted to buy at least 10 more. When I asked 2 store employees (Tiffany and another gentlemen named ___________ Sorry forgot is name - See attached Pic of them holding the gift packs for me) they both went out of their way and chased after me at the other end of the Walmart store to notify me that they had found a large inventory of the Ramen Bowl gift pack. In the end I bought all 10 of them. Thanks to both of them for being so genuine and helpful knowing how busy both were during the Christmas season shopping rush.
