Joe and his team were exceptionally caring, patient, professional, and considerate taking care of my grandma's funeral service. I have attended a good number of funeral services in the past, and I can confidently say that King Fook's team did an excellent job, from grandma's makeup to every small detail. Joe was also very responsive at all times before the funeral service, helping to clear up any confusions of Chinese funeral customs that my family had. The team also did a great job giving directions to guests with different religious groups. My family wanted a Buddhist service for my grandma, and the majority of my friends attended were Christian, and some Jewish. The team was very considerate when directing my friends so that it wasn't awkward at all. The overall funeral ceremony was extremely decent, something I know my grandma and my family would really care for.
