    Mango Ice, Ice cream cone
    Jennifer W.

This was our first visit here since we are not locals. We arrived 15 min early, did not realize it only opened at 3pm. We did wait but it was exceptionally hot outside. So when the girls were setting up the outdoors they were so kind to let us in the air conditioning to wait till they were ready for us. They were so nice and welcoming. I got the mango ice ice cream and it was amazing! Super refreshing on such a hot day with the taste of ice cream still. We had a large group with us and everyone was very happy with their choices.

Love Hershey ice cream. We are from Los Angeles and we had to stop to get our fix in.

We stopped by late on a friday night to try some local ice cream. The place gives a nice, homey vibe. There was a little patio with picnic benches and lights so you could sit outside, and inside there were small tables and a restroom too. Cute homey decor and handpainted pics on the wall Service was very nice and patient, they let us try other flavors as well. There was decent variety, and they had sundae combos, milkshakes, some food items like hotdogs too. We decided on the gorilla sundae, and we picked peach, peanut butter caramel, and banana pudding. We all liked all the flavors, it was easily shareable for three people. Anh said she'd come back just to buy the banana pudding flavor- it wasn't too sweet. We sat outside since they closed, we noticed they even had napkins outside to use, a small park for kids to play in, and they had a drive through option too! Overall, a good place to return too, comparable to Brusters or B&J but local

Oh my! So yummy! Huge portions, lots of choices, creamy ice cream and very friendly, fast, courteous servers. I wish we lived closer because I could easily make this my weekly treat stop! We split a Monkey Split (overgrown banana split).

Great (actually amazing) prices and so delicious. This place will be in my head every time I pass Hershey from now on. I cannot recommend this place enough...

In this warm day I stopped here for a quick cold treat and I think my partner in crime enjoyed it the most I got him a small vanilla with a biscuit and he scarfed it down.

Coconut chocolate Almond. Yummm. Kiddie size in a cup

My most favorite icecream is the Coconut Chocolate Almond and though I think I will get a different flavor, the minute I reach the shop I always switch back to Coconut Choc Almond just because I remember how good it was the last time. Portion sizes are generous, the picture is of a scoop in the kiddie cup that usually has me filled pretty good. I love King Cone Creamery and their Sundaes are great too.

I am super surprised by the lack of yelp reviews as this local establishment is clearly a gem! King Kone is clearly the King Kong of ice cream! (Sorry for the bad pun I am currently in a delicious dairy food coma). Not only is it absolutely delicious (whatever you choose from their soo many hershey flavors) but also generous in portion size for a really great price (or is that because I'm not in NYC right now jk jk). The customers who work there were great at helping me make a decision and were friendly. I definitely recommend this place.

Drive-through is available but we just did walk up ordering and either walked back to our nearby hotel or sat outside as there were several tables available. Amazing selection of both soft and scoop ice cream. Portions can be huge depending on what size you order, regular was large :-) Fresh, vast selection. I prefer scoop but they also had an impressive 24 options for soft serve alone plus they have some ridiculous Sundaes. Speaking of, Where do you go to learn how to make ice cream? Sundae school. The most colorful option is definitely Superman!!! Grab lots of napkins otherwise your shirt may look tie-dye when you're done eating it. The staff were very friendly. No complaints. If you're in the mood for a hotdog, they were pretty good too. How does an ice cream cone congratulate you on the anniversary of your birth? "It's sherbert day!" Why did the ice cream truck break down? There was a rocky road.

Stopped in after dinner for a quick cone and was not dissapointed! Make sure to check in on Yelp to get $.50 off a dish or cone! I got a kids size cup of deep dish apple. It was a huge scoop and plenty for one person. The ice cream was great tons of apple and pie crust chunks. I got the peach ice cream last time I was here and I think it was even better. Look no further than King Kone for tremendous value in your ice cream scoop

The total came to $14.79, which is an awesome lunchtime bargain. I honestly can't remember the last time I fed two people lunch for under $15. Major budget win. It had been 15+ years since my last chili dog from Jimmy's, so while running post-Christmas errands and finding ourselves nearby with no real timeline, we jumped on the opportunity. Things have definitely changed since my last visit. It's clear Jimmy's has dealt with some difficult customers over the years--numerous signs now ask folks to grab their food and head out. No eating inside, no public restrooms, and no replacing lost, stolen, or forgotten beverages or chips "due to a high rise in thefts and customer walk-outs." Back in the day, I remember a packed counter with customers chatting and eating. That era may be gone--but thankfully, the food hasn't changed where it matters most. My love for Jimmy's chili cheese dog remains completely intact. It's not the hot dog or the bun doing the heavy lifting here: simple white bun, basic hot dog, lots of onions and mustard. No, it's *that chili*. Good lawd, that chili. I don't know what magic is in it--maybe the greasy orange residue it leaves behind--but one bite instantly reminded me why Jimmy's holds such a special place in my heart. I demolished the entire thing in seconds, with only audible moans to signal that I had not, in fact, been transported to actual Food Heaven. The fries were a solid supporting act--thick-cut potatoes, perfectly fried, piping hot. They came unsalted, but salt packets were thoughtfully included in the to-go bag, so no real issue there. The portion size was bigger than expected for the price. The hot sausage with cheese was another win: perfectly grilled, slightly charred, and just spicy enough to satisfy. Served on the same basic white bun with American cheese, it was simple, classic, and done right. Plenty of free, on-site parking is available right out front since Jimmy's is located in a strip mall. Be sure to check the hours--6am to 4pm most days. Jimmy's won't satisfy a dinner chili dog craving, but it will absolutely fill your belly at lunchtime and leave you wanting more!

Given the festival atmosphere happening nearby, I expected crowds. Instead, I walked in and had the place entirely to myself. Fantastic! The woman working the counter greeted me right away and had exactly the kind of friendly-but-slightly-snarky personality that I absolutely adore. She made ordering fun without overdoing it, which immediately scored points in my book. After looking over the menu, I kept things relatively simple and ordered a chili cheese dog with onions, no bun, served on a bed of French fries, plus a can of Diet Coke. Total damage: $10.07. When she asked if I wanted the hot dog cut up before everything was assembled together, I enthusiastically accepted. Someone who understands that sometimes food is supposed to be a glorious mess is my kind of person! While waiting for my food, I took a look around. Future visitors should know that indoor seating is extremely limited. There's one high-top table just inside the door and about six barstools along the counter. However, that's not really where this place shines. Outside, there are several picnic tables, plus a beautiful covered side porch with another six to eight tables. If the weather is nice, absolutely plan to eat outside. If the weather isn't cooperating, I'd probably recommend takeout. A few minutes later, my masterpiece was ready. I grabbed my food and drink and headed straight for the covered porch. It was approximately 92 degrees outside with a heat advisory in effect, which most reasonable people would consider a terrible time for an outdoor picnic. I am apparently not most reasonable people. The meal was exactly what I hoped it would be. The chili deserves special recognition because it was actual chili, not the mysterious meat sauce that sometimes masquerades as chili on hot dogs. This stuff had real texture, generous chunks of ground meat, and just enough spice to keep things interesting without setting your face on fire. The diced onions were plentiful, the cheese was perfectly melted, and everything was assembled exactly the way I requested. It was messy. It was delicious. It was absolutely worth eating with a fork. For my first visit, this was a solid win. The food was good, the staff were great, the prices were reasonable and the porch made for a perfect place to sit and enjoy a summer evening. I'll definitely be back to explore more of the menu! Stumpy's offers several specialty dogs that caught my attention, but I wasn't quite brave enough to try their Strawberry Dog during Strawberry Jam. Maybe next year. Maybe.
