There is free parking on both sides of the building, and they have seating inside and outside so you can enjoy your drinks and snacks. The dessert case was pretty empty inside, not sure because it was early afternoon or if it always looks like that, but it was an unattractive sight. The service was very friendly; I was greeted right away. They offer non-dairy options, which was perfect and I had the Thai tea with boba, I think brown sugar flavor but I'm not positive. I found the drink to have a decent taste, but it was very watery. I doubt that I would return again, I typically give a place a second chance but based on the reviews it seems like this is a consistent issue.

They actually gave us a sample of their new Green Thai Tea and that was super sweet, so we asked for what we ordered to be less so, but it was still very sweet. The matcha flavor wasn't super strong, and the drink felt powdery. Some boba pearls were cooked well and some were overcooked. Ambiance is spacious and casual; service was fast and friendly. Lots of parking available. Might have been an off-day for them, 4.5/10 would not recommend right now.

Two reasons, I'm BIG on customer service/ friendliness, first being that there was no greeting or acknowledgment, there was a person who's order was being taken as I walked in so I can understand no "hello or welcome", but as I came up to order there also wasn't any greeting type words exchanged, in fact there was no words exchanged except for me ordering. She also acknowledged the lady who was behind me, they seemed to have familiarity so a regular I'm assuming. Secondly, the prices, it is actually crazy to me that the cost to add boba is basically a WHOLE DOLLAR, 95¢ to be exact. The drink I got was a regular milk tea which was $6.50, again a little on the pricey side considering the cost of the boba. My husband usually will get a Thai tea but when he saw that the price was $6.95 for a Thai tea not including boba, he didn't even want a drink, it would've been $8 for his drink. Crazy. As far as the taste of my drink, it was okay, not very rich in flavor, I used to have my own shop where I made teas, coffee, smoothies, boba etc.. so I have a specific taste that I'm looking for when it comes to my drinks and it just didn't hit that spot for me.. My search for boba continues lol

I've been to a Ding Tea in another state and gather that these are likely all privately-owned franchise locations. Today, I went into this location with almost my full family, so a large party of 6 with energetic small kiddos, aloof teenagers, and adults looking to entertain everyone. Here's what I'll say about this location: First, the staff is very friendly and was kind to answer all questions of the many first-time guests in our party. We all ordered different drink. Second, most of our party was luke warm in their drinks, even the brand new 4yo didn't really enjoy it. My brand new 6yo was the only one who really liked their order. The problem with mine was that it was too sweet even though I ordered it with "slight" sweetness, which is supposed to be 30%. Third, the restaurant isn't very clean. The floor is in need of a good mopping, the seats and table need to be wiped down, and the health score on the wall is only 80 (which suggests there have been multiple infractions). That said, the restroom was clean. We probably won't go back, as there are plenty other boba places in Henry County.

I ordered the Bi-Bim-Bop with Frieed Tofu and Taro Milk Tea The Bi-Bim-Bop overall was great; however, I did not like the sauce that it came with. I thoroughly enjoyed the serving size and the plethora of veggies. It came with mushrooms, carrots, pickled radish, tofu, seaweed, bean sprouts, zucchini and a fried egg on top of rice. The veggies were individually seasoned which was a nice touch. - B+ The Taro Milk Tea was a serious let down. It had minimal taro flavor and tasted chalky. - D I would return to this restaurant.

The soy garlic had that perfect sweet-savory balance, while the spicy wasn't really spicy, but my tolerant level is pretty high when it comes to spiciness. The wings had a nice crisp to them, though a couple could've been a bit juicier. The bulgogi fries were loaded and flavorful, definitely a comfort-food favorite. The bulgogi itself was well-seasoned and tender, and the fries held up under all the toppings--no soggy bites here, although it could've been a bit crispier. To drink, I grabbed a peach green tea, which was super refreshing and had a nice mellow sweetness that worked well with the spice of the wings.
