I decided to go back and see if they can touch up the lasik so I wouldn't need to wear glasses. Meeting Dr. Crews and his team again were the same as before: They were extremely nice and courteous. Made me feel comfortable like we're a family. They were very attentative & sweet. I love that Dr. Crews called me the day after the procedure to ensure that I was comfortable, and answered every concerns/ questions. He definitely went "over and beyond". No dr has called me after any procedure. It's always their assistant, and in the end would tell me they will relay my concerns/ questions to the dr... seriously??.... I highly recommend Dr.Crews and his team. Worst case, you can always get other consultations w/ other dr and see how they treat you.

Called the office and a very new receptionist told me it was normal - I did not at all agree and firmly told her to talk to a doctor or assistant. Someone more knowledgeable was quickly put on the phone and she got me into an appointment later in the day as the doctors were on a surgery day. While my wait at the office was long that day - which was fine as I was pushed into an already busy schedule, my eye was dilated and seen by Dr. Crews. After examination I went home knowing that a) my call was validated and b) that while there was a bit of an issue, my retina was still fine but that didn't mean a problem couldn't appear. Three days later I had a worser episode with the eye very late in the afternoon but knew I had an appointment already scheduled for the morning with Dr. Crews. Well we switched the purpose of the appt when I arrived and the doctor decided there was enough issue going on that he got on the phone with a retina specialist to get me fit into their schedule and they sent me right over. Big props to Dr. Crews for seeing me when needed and explaining what he believed was happening (he was correct about it) and then getting on the phone with the retina specialist to fit me right into their busy day. Thank you to the team, but train those new receptionists a wee bit better. And if you are reading this in choosing a doctor for lasik/cataracts, I continue to highly recommend Dr. Crews and overall all the great & kind staff in his office.

Ate a good meal and had a sleep for 16 hrs. My husband was giving me two kinds of drops I was prescribed during the nighttime and in the morning and pills before I went to sleep as well. I can tell you that I had no irritation or pain at all. If I would have to rate my pain - it would be zero. It was an amazing experience! Both doctors: doctor WILL (LASIK) and doctor TIAN (ICL) as well as all Will Vision team done a significant, amazing, great job. It's now 19 hrs after surgeries were done. I have 20/20 vision, I continue to have my drops every 4 hrs. I don't feel anything that would remind me I've ever had an eye surgery done, even though it was done 19 hrs ago. From the initial online consultation to the 2 hour in person consultation and day of every staff member was amazing. I appreciate Dr. Deal's frankness when we discussed I had a prism in my most recent rx, she was not shy about telling me if that correction was necessary, the Lasik procedure would not get me where I wanted to be. She didn't badmouth my Dr. she acknowledged it may have been a short term need and helped me get an updated rx without to wear for several weeks before surgery to make SURE I would get the results I wanted. I am a very anxious person, never wore contacts and eye drops were a challenge, I don't like things touching my eyes. The entire team was supportive and calming. Procedure nurse Amanda talked me through the process. Dr. King was a little more tough love (probably because i needed a little) but a professional who moved through the process efficiently with skill. I didn't feel rushed but also know they wasted no time when they knew I was struggling. In all honesty, it was way less than I had imagined. I truly am in awe of the change in my vision and so blessed to have had this team help me get here.
