The trays on machines to put laundry det in are broken off on the front of the machines on a number of the machines so you have to just kind of pour it in the slot, no Hot water at all-only ice cold, then when it starts filling it sprays water out that open hole where it should be sending detergent into machine. Just wrong to let it get that bad.

The machines are newer, and while yes, there were a few that have been broken/out of order, the next time I come back they are up and running again. They're not out of order for long by any means. When I say this place is clean, I truly mean it. Even the bathroom. I feel like it's well managed and taken care of compared to other establishments I've been to. I will say, be mindful of some people who might be in the laundromat as well; I've had my dryer sheets stolen right in front of me, literally, and my boyfriend was asked if he had dr*gs multiple times after saying no. There are interesting people that come, of course, but that's not the place's fault. Cleaners who work in Innsbrook also use this laundromat as well, and so do families. The machines are dirty, they smell, and they have a disgusting build up of old laundry detergent and scent beads. The building doesn't seem well taken care of, it has a smell, it's very expensive and nothing ever works. To top it off the motel next door uses every single washer and dryer for hours on end pretty much daily. The last five or six times I've been I have had to turn around and leave because of the motel using everything. Not to mention how expensive it is now for mediocre return. There is also plenty of counters to fold your laundry on compared to other facilities that are the same size. The dry is free with the wash. They also have a special going on for the holidays (see sign). They live up to their name!
