She is very friendly, helpful, and so quick to get your laundry back to you should you drop it off to be cleaned and folded. The machines here are in great condition with multiple sizes to choose from. As with everything in this world, the cost of doing laundry is high, but I managed to do a load for about $7. I didn't have time run the dryer twice like I have at other places. My clothes came out fresh and clean. There are books and chairs to pass the time. I felt pretty safe here even after dark. All in all, this is a pretty decent laundromat. It's clean, well-lit, and efficient for doing laundry.

I messaged them on Facebook on Easter Sunday, not expecting a reply, but Andrew (the owner) got back to me immediately to confirm they were open. When I arrived, he was there personally keeping the place tidy, recognized me from our messages, and introduced himself. His customer service is some of the best I've encountered in a long time--he even gave me a free extra rinse when I went a little heavy on the soap! Whoops The facility is spotless, the bathroom is clean, and all the washers and dryers are brand-new Speed Queens. I cannot recommend Lily's enough!

My only complaint is that everything online indicates it has free WiFi but there were no instructions anywhere in here to indicate the network name or password. I couldn't use my laptop to do some online work like I had hoped. The other place I've been using since the old laundromat closed is further away by about 10 minutes, but is about as nice and has free WiFi. The decor is great and the place is open till 10pm. The only things that give me hesitation and the reason this place is 3 stars is due to the overpricing of the machines. It's standard for Dryers to be .25 cents per 1 minute. But these dryers are $2.25 flat rate. Okay, not that bad I suppose. But most of the machines are 4 Loads and Up, so if you need a small, quick wash, you'll be paying $8+ for a wash. No matter what. The vending machines are $3 for laundry products and $2 for snacks, and $2 sodies. So it's safe to say, this establishment falls into the same trap that some black businesses fall into... Using Community Unification to justify Overcharging their Audience. Tucked away in Overland/Maryland Heights in a cozy plaza. I suppose the audience is not intended for everyday people.
