Catfish nuggets came out about ten minutes after that (weird since they are both apps) and I asked for my soup to be reheated. I tried a nugget and it was ok, but there's like zero seasoning on them. Bland as my last tinder date people. For a place that touts New Orleans in the name, there's no creole/cajun influence here. Everything was just bland, especially the gumbo. By the way, he took it to reheat and by the time he returned it (14 min later) I needed to leave. He was nice enough to give me a lid and bag though. Service was ok, but there's like one guy and when he disappeared it was for ten minutes. I don't know if he was having to cook it or what but it made service slow. I had the Salmon and liked it. Another person had the burger and it was overcooked from how he requested it. Now the Bad... Crab legs are not made with fresh crabmeat. Fresh is white and flaky, these were brown and mushy. Two people ordered the crab legs and they were unable to eat them. They were overcooked and, not sure how, but some of them had burn marks on them. How do you burn something that is boiled? Also it was impossible to crack them open. The shells were soft and just folded over and you couldn't get them open. You could twist the leg back and forth and it wouldn't break open. I think perhaps they were left sitting in the water after they were cooked. Those were sent back and those two people didn't get to eat. The sad part of that is that after they were returned a manager came out and actually argued with them about the overcooking of the legs. He said that was impossible and that nobody else had complained. Wow, instead of just apologizing and saying it would be removed from the bill. That alone took this place off our list forever.
