I also filed a lawsuit in the Wilmington, DE court house in July, 2022 to be fully reimbursed since Mr. Chirag didn't take accountability and lacks integrity and ethics as a business owner. This past time, the tires were new and I was really disappointed they would not try to patch it by claiming it was too close to the sidewall when it really was not. The two people I dealt with were both nice and they didn't charge me this past time, but there are definitely better places to go nearby for tire damage.
